Welcome to Pismo Beach! Bring your family and friends to this fully remodeled and stylish 2 BR property minutes away from some of the best activities in Pismo Beach!
Amazing location, full amenities, sleeps 6 and one block from beach you can't go wrong!!
Fully remodeled 2 bedroom 1 bath:
*Master bedroom w/ King
*Guest Bedroom with Twin over Full and trundle.
*Shared bathroom
*Fully Equipped Kitchen and Dining
*Balcony with gas grill and seating
In the heart of town but very private and peaceful. This condo does not share any walls with neighboring condos next to or below.
Guests are expected to be respectful of surrounding neighbors at all times and must comply with the local noise ordinance. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Parking for up to 2 cars in dedicated spots and street parking.
We provide starter supplies for guests: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. All other supplies will need to be providing by the guests.
Internet/ TV: We have Wi-Fi set up as well as Smart TV's in the living room and bedrooms so you can login to all of your favorite streaming platforms. BYO Passwords
We will be available from 8am-8pm to communicate with over the platform.
Must sign rental agreement upon booking and upload a copy of your legal unexpired driver's license or passport
Must submit a $500 off-platform security hold that will be collected upon signing rental agreement but it will not be placed until 2 days prior to arrival and released 3 days after departure, if no damages are reported. Deposit to be processed by host on guests credit card. Please note we are API Connected to a hotel-style software called OwnerRez to safely and securely take off-platform security deposits.
