Experience Pismo Beach like never before in this attractive condo in Bella Vista, a gated secured complex - only steps from the pier. Centrally located in the heart of downtown Pismo Beach, enjoy ocean views or take a short walk to the beach. The master bedroom boasts an en suite bathroom and luxurious king bed, where you can relax and watch your favorite programs on the brand new high definition flat screen TV. With a queen bed in the second bedroom and a comfy sleeper sofa in the living room (pillows and linens provided), this home away from home can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. The living room provides another HDTV; both are smart TVs that are fully equipped with streaming TV: Netflix and Hulu. After a long day at the beach, come home and watch a Blu Ray DVD, or listen to music on the Sonos streaming music system. The fully equipped kitchen has a window overlooking the beautiful courtyard. A brand new refrigerator was installed recently with filtered water and ice on the door. With the kitchen window open you can hear the peaceful courtyard fountain. This is a single level condo with elevator access to the front door. Gated parking for 1 vehicle, parking pass for one additional vehicle. Full size washer and dryer.

Short stay, great place!

We were in town visiting our daughter at CalPoly. We decided to stay in Pismo to enjoy the scenery. The condo was in a perfect location and super clean. Our hosts were attentive and took great care of us. thank you so much!

A fun stay at Pismo with easy access to downtown!

Our family had a very nice stay at this spacious condo just steps away from all the Pismo hot spots, restaurants, and the beach/pier! In our down time we all put together a puzzle and did some coloring in a color book. This was a relaxing stay with all the amenities we'd want. The owner took pride in helping to make our stay comfortable and was responsive when we had a question. We hope to come again soon for another stay!

We love this place!

Great location and perfect stay for family of 4

We absolutely loved being just a 2 minute walk away (if even?) from the main strip of Pismo Beach. The space was perfect for our little family, with all the basic amenities you'd expect and full kitchen. The living/dining/kitchen area is all open concept so it was perfect for us to be together and keep an eye on our little ones. Tons of resturants and food options nearby made life so much easier for us to not have to cook for our entire vacation. We particularly loved the brewery that was 2 buildings away from this condo complex. ;) We felt super safe here and everything went smoothly. Elizabeth (the owner) was fantastic and easy to communicate with. Our only "con" was we found the bed in the master bedroom to be uncomfortable, so we actually opted to sleep on the pull out sofa instead after night 1. The pull out had a memory foam pad on it and was a bit better for us. Maybe we are just picky! Despite that we'd stay again and definitely hope we can do a repeat trip here in the future!

Great condo close to pier with lots to do!

This place had everything we needed plus more! This condo is very comfortable and the Nespresso coffee was amazing for a great cup of coffee in the morning! Amazing location close to pier, food and shops. Definitely recommend! The host was great with communication and allowing us to check in early!

Quick walk to the beach and pier

It was very close to the beach and pier. Host was very responsive and even added extra touches knowing we were flying in from out of state. Very comfortable and homey. Would stay again and hopefully stay longer next time.

Fantastic Place to stay

Property is conveniently located close to the beach and places to eat. Nice and quiet building with great parking. The condo was very clean and very relaxing to hangout after a day at the beach. Easy to read and follow instruction sheets supplied which was very much appreciated. Our host was very nice and easy to contact if necessary. Would definitely book again and highly recommend

Break away from the San Joaquin air quality

The room was super comfortable, and the elevator helped tremendously for my mother which is unable to climb stairs. Also because of the close proximity to many restaurants we were able to walk. We will definitely stay again.

Very comfortable, clean, safe, perfect location to walk everywhere, covered, gated parking a definite plus. We were part of a larger group that vacations here every summer around the same time, and they were staying in another property around the corner, so it couldn't have been more convenient! The condo had everything we could have needed with the only exceptions of black-out curtains in the bedrooms, and a full- length mirror, but not deal- breakers by any means. Communication with the owners was exceptional. We had a wonderful stay!

Perfect spot to enjoy Pismo Beach and surrounding areas

We had a fabulous four day stay at this lovely property, which was well furnished, equipped and just 3 blocks from the beach and pier. Super clean and many nice touches throughout. We appreciated our long morning walks and great proximity to SLO, Arroyo Grande and Paso Robles. Elizabeth was a kind and very responsive landlord. In fact, she went beyond expectations by allowing us to arrive early and stay late. We will be back. Thanks, Elizabeth!!

Close to beach and down town!

This property was within walking distance to everything! The condo was clean and neat and met all of our needs. All communication can be done on text - the check-in and check-out was very easy. We had 2 parking spaces, one under cover. We will definitely stay here again.

Absolutely Perfect In Every Way!!!!

This was our first time visiting Pismo so we were unfamiliar with the area. It was a bit hard to make a decision on where to stay because we had no idea of what to expect. When I saw this property it fit what we were looking for but we still had no idea how it would be when we actually arrived. Well, it exceeded expectations. The location is ideal. Directly off the freeway with on/off freeway access. Since the location is near to the freeway (but no freeway noise), you are not stuck in the Pismo Beach traffic heading down to the beach. This is key. It literally is two short blocks to the beach, shopping, restaurants, and all of the fun. It is actually on the main street in Pismo, in the best location possible in my opinion. You can walk to the beach faster than the cars can drive to the beach. The location is also very quiet. Away from the hustle and bustle, but still very close to everything. Parking guaranteed in gated building and then walk everywhere. The unit itself is impeccable. Very clean & comfortable. My only suggestions is to add a full length mirror, but this is so minor. I was just trusting my instincts that my outfits looked decent! But it’s the beach so no need to worry about outfits! I know that this will be our go-to place to stay in Pismo from here on out. Great communication from owners. An added bonus was their July 4th decorations at the complex. We had a fabulous stay and look forward to returning to this lovely condo.

Awesome graduation weekend!

Casa Bella is in a perfect location and so cozy! It is close to Pismo Beach Pier and a short drive to Cal Poly. The condo had everything we needed and comfortable. Safe location too. Elizabeth is a great host and quick at responding to messages. Thank you for an awesome graduation weekend!!

The condo was adorable and very clean. Absolutely spotless!!! It is very well taken care of with very nicely decorated comfortable furniture and beds. Everything was provided for from extra rolls of TP to fully functional kitchen, even an espresso machine and pods. A nice extra touch! The owner’s were very welcoming and accommodating before, during and after our stay. Elizabeth shared with us local restaurant recommendations that we used and throughly enjoyed. The condo is centrally located in the heart of Pismo Beach. Walking distance to most restaurants and activities. We will absolutely use again and share condo info with our friends. Thank you for a memorable stay.

We've lived in the beautiful Santa Ynez Valley for 27 years. It's a great place to live BUT it doesn't have a Beach :). We have owned this condo since 2016 and have upgraded it since our purchase. We love our building for it's proximity to the beach and restaurants but it's quiet peaceful atmosphere. The best of both worlds.

Why they chose this property

This is a relatively new building that is safe and secure with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and night life. It's an ideal get away location. Our unit is newly refurbished with everything you could want.

What makes this property unique

This condo has two permitted parking places. One gated, one outside the gate in a private lot. Easy Elevator access to the unit. Unit is on one level. Private and quiet but yet two blocks from Pismo Pier.
