This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and queen size sleeper sofas in the living room and game room.



Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed, twin size bed, and smart TV.



Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed, full size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.



The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

• Per City and County ordinances, guests must sign the Good Neighbor Policy and provide a valid government-issued ID before check-in. This policy covers noise, occupancy, parking, and trash. Failure to comply will result in reservation cancellation without a refund.

• Please note that this home does not offer laundry facilities.

• Driveway parking is located at the back of the house and is available for 2 vehicles. Street parking is strictly prohibited.

The resort is just minutes away with 26 lifts, 55 runs, and options for every experience level. Non-skiers can get their thrill with high-speed tubing down the slopes. Big Bear’s 3 snowtubing locations (Alpine Slide, Big Bear Snow Play, and Grizzly Ridge Tube Park) are equipped with moving walkways which carry you to the top of the tubing runs.
