It is ideally located to explore the city center and not too far for escapes to the ski slopes. There is easy access to downtown, the Rodeo, University and various casinos. • Off-street parking (driveway fits two vehicles)

The morning of your arrival you'll receive a text message with a code for the electronic lock, and a link to a house manual that should be able to answer all your questions. However, please contact me with any questions or concerns. Text messaging is best. I’m a full-time massage therapist and often in session so it can take up to two hours to respond to messages.

Late check out may be possible with pre-approval and will incur an additional charge.

Guests must respect quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

Based on the behavior of past renters we have found it necessary to set the following rules for the protection of our home and to be a good neighbor:

Onsite parties or group events are strictly prohibited. No gatherings, smoking, or drinking are permitted on the property. Violations will be subject to immediate eviction and cancellation of the reservation without refund.

You will be responsible for any theft or damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

No weather refunds - Visitors need to be prepared for harsh weather conditions that occur in Reno and check the weather forecast and plan ahead. I don’t provide refunds or cancellations due to storms or road closures.

Violation of any rules can lead to financial penalties, legal action, and reporting to law enforcement as per Washoe County regulations.
