This is a vacationers dream with lots of outdoor patios set amongst plush gardens and trees with vineyards bordering on two sides. This 1.8 acre property also has a lighted bocce court, hot and cool tub, two BBQs, etc. Open and spacious floor plan offers lots windows and french doors and a large dining table with an island in full kitchen. Plenty of sleeping and work space options with 2 kings, 2 queens and a sofa bed, plus 3 desks. Enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets and walks past vineyards and farms in this special neighborhood just minutes west of downtown Sonoma. Fenced property, kid and dog friendly. Something for everyone - and guests will have everything they need for a comfortable stay. We look forward to welcoming you to our vineyard retreat.

About the host
Hosted by Matt
Your host Matt has been living in Sonoma since 2023 and knows the area exceptionally well, as he is an event producer. He founded Destination Races which founded and operated the popular Napa-to-Sonoma Wine County Half Marathon in July. He currently manages the IPA 10K and the Hallowine Run. Matt is an athlete, a wine, food and beer enthusiast and loves animals.
Why they chose this property
Sonoma is a special place as its situated in the middle of wine country yet is close to enough to coast as well as cities with airports, San Fancisco, Oakland and Santa Rosa. The house is located to the west of town amongst the vineyards and farms with geat views of the hills and sunsets, yet its close to Sonoma and its central plaza, and plenty of wineries and restaurants.
What makes this property unique
The house is surrounded by vineyards, lush gardens, multiple patios, and plenty of room to entertain, run around or play games. It has an open floor plan with lots of windows and french doors that guest love. The neighborhood is ideally situated for those who want lots of space and quiet but also want to be close to the action, as downtown Sonoma is only a few minutes away.
