Turn ceiling fans off outside. Please make sure the sliding switch at the very bottom is in the office position
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
The back deck is not accessible at this time. To use the backyard please use the French doors downstairs

Grass was not cut, claims only cut every 2 weeks. Not enough during the summer months. Deck still not fixed. Chopped wood/trees in piles along driveway. Outside areas not in good condition. Was not clear at time of booking on rules for pets and deposit required. Didn't find out the information until check in info was sent just before checkin time.

The house was roomy & clean. The yard needs work & the rotting deck was a disappointment. It would have been nice to have access to the deck since there’s a view of the river. Overall we enjoyed the house & the beds were comfortable.

The yard is cut every 2 weeks, is there a certain area that you're speaking of, we would love to address your concerns. You're more than welcome to stay anytime you're in the area

House was great! The ice maker was reported in May 2025 not working, still not working. I called the owner and sent him the information about the refrigerator, but didn’t get repaired. It talks about the great views and the sun set but the deck is rotten and has been for quite a while. Could not use the deck. The front porch has wicker furniture but not cushions.

We are so sorry you didn't see the information about the deck prior to booking, the hurricanes and tornadoes has severely damaged our deck. The ice maker was fixed in 2025 when it was reported and as of May 1st at 10 Am it has been replaced. Thank you so much for providing the information so the technician could get it ordered.

Great house minutes from downtown Vicksburg. Plenty of great amenities: pool table, kitchen, quiet setting. We just wished we could have used the deck. (the owners will replace it in the near future).
