The unit has a very open floor plan with 1801 square feet and 719 sq ft of wrap-around balcony. The views are unbelievable! The unit features a tastefully decorated living room with a large sofa - No Sleeper - and 50 inch Samsung HDTV. The master bedroom, living, kitchen, and dining rooms all provide spectacular gulf views through the large floor-to-ceiling windows, providing unobscured views of endless waters and sunsets. Overall our stay was great but stove/oven cooked very uneven and personally, I do not prefer carpeting especially when walking in from balcony. View was amazing and everything you need within walking distance.

Outstanding week

Our family had a fantastic week. The room was great, everything was as advertised. Resort was awesome , elevators were fast, didn’t have to wait at all. Communication with Bill was awesome. Plenty of room for all of us, great experience.

Perfect view

This condo has the best view of the gulf with a wrap around deck. Our family of 8 was very comfortable staying here for Spring Break. Our kids loved swimming in the heated pool and also were able to catch some waves in the ocean. There were sand toys, beach chairs, and even some left over aloe Vera stocked in a closet. Highly recommend this updated condo for anyone.

Gulf Crest 1901 is everything that Mrs Meyer says and more. Very well decorated and stocked with the things you need. And more importantly, the condo was very clean when we arrived. The whole transaction and communication with Eileen is so easy.

Fantastic Condo

We booked this room for spring break of 2024 with two other families! The room was fantastic. It was beautiful, and the view was breathtaking! The room came with two beach chairs on the beach. The room was also equipped with everything we needed to cook meals throughout the week. The property owner was helpful throughout the whole reservation and check in process. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a place in PCB!

Perfect in Everyway!!

This is the perfect condo with the perfect views. The wrap around balcony is unique and so fun to sit and watch the ocean during the day then the other side to watch the night lights and night sights. The condo is large , beautifully decorated , and included amenities necessary. The property is extremely well maintained , present security and clean. Beach service was included and was excellent. The location is so ideal because you can walk to so many restaurants, stores and activities. There were 5 of us, 2 adults and 3 teens and we had the best vacation. We only stay at GulfCrest every year. We have learned , no one compares to them. It’s our first choice and only choice.

Wonderful Getaway

I honestly hate to give this place all of the praise that it deserves, because I don't want it to be full when I want to book it again... It was beyond fabulous!! The pictures don't do it justice. It is gorgeous with all of the windows and wraparound balcony. We could see the sunrise and sunset. :) It was super clean and comfortable! We had 4 teenagers with us & the separation between the master and other bedrooms gave us the ability to sleep good while they stayed up late. Good communication with management, no contact check in during COVID, great internet, and minimal wait for elevators. The room came with beach service/two chairs & umbrella, but there were also other chairs in the utility closet to use along with buckets, board, cooler, etc. We come to PCB nearly every year, and this was hands down the best condo we have stayed in!

Would stay again!

Our family of 5 really enjoyed our visit. The condo was great. Parking was easy in the garage, and the elevators were speedy. Didn't have to wait long for them. The condo is tastefully decorated - not overdone. Beds were comfortable, water pressure was great, kitchen was super easy to cook in. We were able to walk to a few great restaurants and to mini golf / go-carts. We drove to the more western side of PCB and it was so much more crowded - with huge condo complexes. Really enjoyed the quieter east-end. We would stay here again.

Panama City Beach Gulf Crest Condo

I would highly recommend this property. The condo is spacious and super clean. Recently remodeled and all furniture was new. It had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook a complete meal. The rental manager was awesome. He answered every question on move in day within minutes. We did an online check in so we had all the information of Parking and Access codes ahead of time. The beach was awesome and the 2 pools were super beautiful. If you are looking for a condo in Panama City Beach choose this one. By the way, the 19th floor gives you Awesome views of the Gulf.

AWESOME PLACE AND WILL BE STAYING AGAIN

IF ANY PLACE COULD BE PERFECT, THIS ONE WAS THE CLOSEST FOR US. MINUS A SMALL HICCHUP WITH AC BREAKER AND A TV THAT FELL OFF THE WALL AT RANDOM OFF THE WALL (LOL- WE HEARD A LOUD BANG COME FROM THE BEDROOM AND WE WALK IN AND THERE'S THE TV ON THE FLOOR????!!!! IT LOOKS LIKE IT'S CAME OF BEFORE SINCE THE HINGES WERE NOT SECURE AND DIDN'T LINE UP QUITE RIGHT BUT WE GOT IT BACK ON THE WALL!), IT WAS EXCEPTIONAL.

Beautiful Condo

I highly recommend this condo. This is the best condo my family and I have stayed in by far. The interior design was beautiful. The only concerns I have which I feel was out of the owner's control was the construction at Gulf Crest. 1) Only 1 out of 3 elevators were functioning when we arrived on the first day. 2) There was construction in the unit above us that went into the early morning hours (up til 4am) which was frustrating. 3) Also in addition, the water was cut off to our unit for 2-3 hours one day during the early morning hours. Just be forewarned if you stay at Gulf Crest during construction. :) Thank you to the owners for a wonderful stay minus the other distractions. :)

Great Place!

The apartment was beautiful, the view was spectacular, the kitchen was fully equipped for all the cooking we wanted to do, there were plenty of linens for everyone, the beach chairs were convenient, and the facilities in the complex were good in spite of the fact that a hurricane came through just a few months before. The only drawback was a bar that was close by and played music until early morning hours.

Our annual trip to the beach was a success……Again!

We’ve rented from Myers Realty for many years and have never been disappointed. Our kids are older now so they brought friends along. The 3-bedroom unit was perfect --- the layout has the kids bedroom at one end and the master at the other. As always, the view was spectacular and the unit was very clean. We love how they pre-stock the essentials – washing powder, dish detergent, paper towels, coffee filters, etc. --- and if something does arise, Myers Realty is very quick to respond. On our recent trip the coffee pot stopped working, mid-week. They had a new coffee pot to our unit within the hour. Amazing service!

In a word... "Fabulous"

We spent our family vacation this year in Panama City Beach and after dealing with a rather disreputable lister with units listed at the same property on VRBO, we were absolutely delighted to find Mrs. Meyer. I contacted her by phone and immediately felt at ease doing business with her. She was quick to respond to every email, answer every question (both before and during our trip) and made me feel completely confident in my choice throughout the entire process. The accommodations were just as advertised and more. This unit is beautifully decorated and very well maintained. The pictures simply can't do it justice. The views are spectacular and the furnishings both aesthetically pleasing and comfortable. Once we were unpacked, it truly felt like "home". Thank you to Meyer Realty and the Owners of this lovely unit for helping to make our vacation one we'll never forget.

Excellent Unit

The unit was beautifully decorated and well appointed. We had a great time and the views from the wrap around balcony are amazing. The unit is very comfortable and spacious and we had pleny of room for the five of us to spread out and relax. Excellent communication from the owner and they made the process very smooth. We will definitely keep this property in mind for future trips to Panama City!

Great - as advertised

We (5 people) stayed for the week of Florida Ironman. Two others joined us for two days. The condo decorating and views were as presented on this site (Great). Some of the others in our group (about 30 from TX) stayed in other condos in the building. The other condos were very nice and several had the same floor plan as ours. The group, however, commented on how much nicer the décor of this unit was relative to the other condos. Several of the group that vacation in Florida indicated they would move this unit to the top of the list compared to others they have stayed in. The owners were responsive when we were making the arrangements and also returned our security deposit check two days after our departure. We highly recommend this unit and if it was unavailable would certainly contact the owner about other units they have.
