This is a wonderful, clean, and beautiful property. Hospitality is excellent, small touches go a long way. The house is in a great location for exploring Quebec City on foot.

Maison Emile was a perfect house for our family vacation. The house has a lot of character, very comfortable, well stocked kitchen, and a great location a block away from so many places to eat, drink, and grab desert. Old Quebec is such a wonderful place and you can walk to it all when you stay here. The hosts are very responsive and I would most definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Our hosts were very welcoming and thoughtful. The accommodation was excellent. Such a cozy and well appointed home. We celebrated family Christmas there with our adult children, reuniting the family as we live in Australia with one son in Vancouver. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Thank you

We loved our stay at Maison Emile! Was exactly as described and so quaint and clean and convenient both inside and out. Beds were super comfortable so we slept great. Loved the convenience of being able to walk 100m to shops restaurants boulangerie and all the sights. Kitchen was very well equipped and much appreciated the wine from James and Eric and was great to meet James to get more info on the history of this amazing property! Will definitely stay again the next time we come to Quebec!

The house was beautiful and cozy. We were so impressed with how well stocked the kitchen was. The location was great! There is a bakery for breakfast items just around the block and it is a short walk to attractions and restaurants. Parking is off site, at a nearby garage, but the street is quiet so we were able to park temporarily to unload our things right at the front door. It is a beautifully renovated, historic home, so the stairs are a bit uneven, but not a problem for us. Our large family (4 kids) had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy some peace after exploring beautiful Quebec City.

I've stayed in a lot of vacation rentals and this is one of my favorites. The House was built in the 1760's and has all the charm you would expect. But, it has also been modernized so you have a modern kitchen and bathrooms, comfortable beds, good lighting, etc. It is one block off of St. Jean which is a very fun shopping and restaurant area. It is a short walk to Chateau Frontenac and the Plains of Abraham, both spectacular. Old Town is a little piece of Paris. We really loved it and highly recommend this rental.
