One of 4 Federal Era brick farmhouses on Route 15, this house offers 5 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and comfortably sleeps 8 guests. This property is 5 mins from Jeffersonville, 10 mins from Smuggler's Notch Resort, and 25 mins from Stowe. The space
This house sits on 1.5 acres, and is located in a perfect location to access tons of outdoor activities! We have an unfinished mudroom ( a work in progress! ) for you to keep all of your gear in. The mudroom in connected to the house. You will enter into the renovated kitchen which has new quartz countertops and new appliances but still has rustic charm with exposed beam ceilings, original floors, and an original beehive oven ( just for decorative purposes now). Downstairs there is a large living room, guest bedroom, and full bath. Upstairs off the main landing we have two small bedrooms, two large bedrooms, and a large full bathroom, which is accessible to all upstairs rooms. All beds in the home are very comfortable Nectar memory foam mattresses. This house is full of love and character. We are sure you will enjoy it and the surrounding area.
