Our one bedroom, one bath is newly remodeled and located just east of the Galleria, just south of River Oaks and one block north of West University. Very close to everything you need, including Rice Village and NRG stadium. You'll have access to free parking and the pool. Plus, there's a queen-sized sleeper sofa that fits two. So the whole place sleeps up to 4. Come relax in the heart of Houston!

Great location

The condo is situated in a quiet complex. The only noise that may be bothersome to some is the nearness to the freeway, yet access to the freeway was also a benefit. It is located near two main streets where there are restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies. The condo itself is very comfortable with all the renovations. It has its own washer and dryer and covered parking spot. I really enjoyed my month there. The host was available to answer any questions and ready to address any problems.

Property location worked out great

The property manager and owner were great to work with but due to COVID- 19 we had to cancel the last half of our stay. Prop mgr cancelled the half that we couldn’t use and processed a refund, but it’s been almost 4 weeks and we are still waiting for VRBO to issue the refund.

Excellent unit with all the essentials

This property was perfect for my 1 month stay in Houston. Near the freeway, grocery stores, and my internship while also containing all necessary furnishings for a comfortable stay. The owner was prompt when answering questions and the one maintenance issue was addressed immediately. The biggest drawbacks were the noise of the highway (you might need earplugs) and the noise of the animal hospital next door, which would let their boarded dogs outside to play (and bark) at 8am each morning. Still, the property met (and in some ways exceeded) my expectations - I would definitely book it again!
