Updated kitchen, baths, steam shower, floors, luxury memory foam mattresses and more! Our completely and thoughtfully renovated Sunrise trailside townhome is perfect for families or a couples getaway! 2 en-suite bedrooms, living/dining room + extra lower level family room with TV, sleeper sofa and futon. I have a personal site at GoSlopeside with all of my listings.

Premium location a few short steps and under 50 yards from the Sundog trail with distant mountain and ski trail views from balcony. Ski home for lunch and avoid the shuttles, base lodges and parking! Enjoy 4 seasons of Killington amenities and adventure from this townhome with 2 master suites, steam shower, fireplace, living room + separate family room, mountain views, free WIFI, HDTV and more. Sports center with pool, hot tubs, restaurant, ice skating, sledding, gym and lots more included at no charge for guests.

Ski out the back of the condo to the easy green Sundog trail and down to the Sunrise triple chair (free access - no lift ticket required!), then up to Bear Mountain and access to Killington's six peaks. Ski home at lunch or the end of the day for a unique on-mountain experience, no vehicles, parking lots and hassle! Visit the commons for indoor plus outdoor pools, hot tub, steam room, gym or swing by Sunrise Cafe for lunch or dinner.

Sunrise lift is generally available for ski in/out from December holidays through Bear Mountain Mogul Challenge in early April.

Summer and Fall at Sunrise
Sunrise Village at Killington is also a great place for a summer or fall foliage vacation! You can find many activities for all ages such as golfing at Green Mountain National or Killington's golf course; hiking at Pico, Killington, Deer's Leap, or the Long Trail; biking at Killington or Pico; swimming a short drive to either the Chittenden Dam, or Echo Lake; fishing in our nearby rivers such as the White River or Ottaquechee River; or have a fun day at the new Adventure Center with all season mountain coaster, lift served biking, ropes course, zip line and more! Private amenities such as an outdoor pool, tennis courts and the Falls Brook Common Clubhouse which offers an indoor pool, hot tub, steam room, fitness center and wi-fi internet. Killington also operates the K1 gondola for great sight seeing or downhill mountain biking!

Great Stay

The stay was amazing. We didn’t have the ski in/out capabilities because it was earlier in the season but the home is just a few minutes from the bear mountain lodge. Nicely furnished and clean. The host is very quick to respond and answer any questions we had. Conditions were absolutely amazing while we were there.

The condo is in a great location for ski-on and off at Bear mountain, and is a great size for a group of adults or a family with the two bedrooms plus finished lower level. It generally had everything we needed but if you are into cooking you may want to bring your own pots and pans or these could be updated.

Great Location

We had a wonderful stay at sunrise. The house was clean and master bed was super comfy!! We loved the trail on the property- we rode our bikes to the pool and back! It was a short car ride to the killington bike park which was our reason for visiting! We can’t wait to go back in the winter for some riding! We would definitely rent this place again if available.

First Vrbo experience

This is my first Vrbo experience. Ryan is nice and he is always there to answer my questions on a timely manner. The instruction is informative and easy to follow. The place is cozy and quite for a relaxed vacation. We enjoyed our stay there.

Easy ski vacation

We stayed for 4 nights in mid Feb and it was great for flexible access to sun dog trail and the lifts. We had two young kids and a dog so coming and going throughout the day was essential. It was quiet and comfortable. The community pool and hot tub, though a bit far from this unit, was great at the end of the day. The beds were a bit soft and we could have used a few more pots and pans in the kitchen, but it was clean and the owner was very responsive to any questions. We'd stay again!

Great property for family stay

Property was great for a family or group of friends. Sleeps 7 but plenty of room in the downstairs to have more people. The place was well maintained and Ryan was extremely responsive to any questions or requests. It’s not a true ski in/out if bear cub trail isn’t open as there’s no way to the base or back to Sunrise, but the bear mountain base is 5 mins away and we were able to park there and come back for lunch. Later in the season I’m sure it would function as a true ski in/out property. Would recommend to other groups looking to stay on or near the mountain.

Prime location for beginning skiiers

Excellent ski on/ski off location. Trail is an easy green as described in listing. It was my 7 year olds 2nd time skiing and my first time in > 10 yrs, and we easily navigated Sun Dog Trail to the triple lift. We went at the very end of the season so the hours in the community center where pool/hot tub/gym is located were reduced, but still accessible. Steam shower in master bathroom is awesome after a day on the slopes.

Beautiful fall location. We expected to have access to hot tub but it was closed for season. Also maybe more towel hooks in master and a guest book with complex info. But otherwise excellent.

The home was perfect for our weekend getaway with the slope trail being so close and upfront it made things a lot easier for all of us. The rooms were perfect, clean and comfy and had everything in the kitchen you can think of to cook with. We arrived in a bad snow storm so the plows were not out to salt or plow and it was extremely difficult getting up the mountain roads with our vehicle. There were quite a few people stuck and some accidents along the way also. Do plan on snow in winter so make sure your vehicle is able to climb the roads ! Shop before arriving at the nearest grocery store there is not really another one close by. Overall the place was very nice. The closets weren’t in order tho very messy folding of the sheets and extra blankets. The people that rented in before us made a fire and never cleaned the ashes and wood out and neither did the cleaning crew( who knows even if one came) there was garbage behind the garbage bin in the cabinet that looks like it was there for some time. My husband and I cleaned the fireplace even tho we didn’t use it because we are not like that and didn’t want to get blamed for not cleaning it ! I also cleaned out the garbage bin. Maybe the owner should think about a different cleaning crew to at least straighten up the closet that are very messy looking ! Bathrooms were great it was nice having two ! I would consider renting again in the future.

Better for skiing

We were there for leaf peeping and a vintage mart at fairgrounds. This place is far up the mountain and the roads are not lit! The place was fine but we should have checked location better and the three flights of stairs was hard for us. I will check these details more next time! Comfortable unit.

Thanks Donna, its a multi-level townhouse, so there are stairs to lower levels (2 not 3 flights). Sunrise Village does have lighting, but the Bear Mountain access Rd is not lit. We love it there in the fall for the long range mountain views, private hiking trails and quiet atmosphere.
