The Space:

Tucked inside the world-famous Sea Pines Resort, 12 Columbine Lane puts you at the center of everything that makes Hilton Head Island one of the South Carolina coast's most beloved destinations. The Greenwood Forest community wraps this three-bedroom home in live oaks and lush Lowcountry greenery, setting a peaceful tone from the moment you arrive - while championship golf courses, pristine Atlantic beaches, and the iconic Harbour Town Lighthouse are just a short ride away.

 

The space

The home comfortably accommodates up to eight guests across three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, making it a natural fit for families or groups. A dedicated workspace keeps remote workers covered, and the patio or balcony provides a quiet outdoor perch for morning coffee or an evening unwind after a full day on the island.

 

Sleeping arrangements

Bedroom 1 features a king bed. Bedroom 2 also offers a king bed. Bedroom 3 is set up with two bunk beds - a hit with younger guests. Bed linens, towels, and all the essentials are provided so you can pack light and settle in straight away.

 

Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen handles everything from a quick breakfast to a proper family dinner. You'll find a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster, along with cooking basics, dishes and silverware, and a dining table where everyone can gather. A washer and dryer round out the practical amenities for longer stays.

 

Staying comfortable

Air conditioning and heating keep the home comfortable year-round. Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace are available for those who need to stay connected. The home is equipped with a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, and fire extinguisher for peace of mind.

 

Resort amenities & the surrounding area

As a guest at Sea Pines, you'll have resort access to community amenities including a pool and tennis courts. The resort's network of scenic bike trails is one of the best ways to explore the island at your own pace. Head toward South Beach to browse the shops, grab a meal, and catch live entertainment - or make your way to the Sea Pines Beach Club for oceanfront dining with coastal views. Harbour Town, with its striped lighthouse and marina, is a short trip away and well worth the visit. Hilton Head's natural beaches are also within easy reach for a sun-filled afternoon.

Sea Pines is a gated community in which every vehicle must have a gate pass for entry. One gate pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you require additional passes, please request the exact number needed to ensure they are prepared in advance. Each pass has a fee of $35. All gate passes must be picked up at the host2coast office prior to entry.

Getting Around:

Biking is very popular on Hilton Head Island, known for the many award-winning trails. There are recommendations for bike rental companies within your Guest App. You can reserve in advance and they will deliver to you or bring your own! Almost everything you will need is within walking distance, so bring your walking shoes! Sea Pines provides a complimentary seasonal trolley service that helps guests and residents travel around the resort without using a car. The trolley connects major destinations such as Harbour Town, the Sea Pines Beach Club, South Beach Marina, and The Shops at Sea Pines Center, making it easy to access beaches, dining, and shopping throughout the community.
