Please use the squeegee to clean the shower glass
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No parties. Please don’t disturb the neighbors. $1000 fine for any complaints reported and you will be asked to leave.
When coming and going at night please don’t leave your lights on and keep the noise level down outside.
Please pick up after yourself and animals there will be a fine of $500 for any animal feces left on the property

As a native Californian, coming to the mountains was a real treat. Hiking, swimming, sledding, and snowboarding, are some of my favorite things to do.

Why they chose this property

My place is conveniently located near the ski resort and the resort town, where skiing and hiking are a popular pastime. They are ideal spots to unwind and immerse yourself in nature. The breathtaking views are simply spectacular. Additionally, there are numerous local bars and restaurants to explore and savor the local cuisine.

What makes this property unique

My place has a rustic dreamland feel with many modern, exquisite features. The living space is set up on the covered deck, so you can take in the breathtaking views of the mountains. Instead of a traditional TV, there’s a smart projector and a DVD/Blu-ray player. Many things in the room are controlled by remote controls, allowing you to relax and enjoy your space without any fuss.
