Nestled on 20 wooded acres this cozy 2-bedroom Smithville retreat will have you enjoying the city life in no time or getting off the grid for a minute. You get to choose! Our 1914 farmhouse features 3 queen beds, a cozy living space, and a fully equipped kitchen for you to enjoy. With amenities like WiFi including a dual monitor station for work, vanity/full size mirror to get ready for a night out in Kansas City your stay will be nothing short of amazing! The bathroom is a bathtub/shower combo and a hair dryer has been added for your convenience. We are 12 minutes from the airport and about 10-20 minutes from all things FUN whether hiking/biking or boating at Smithville Lake, dinner and concert night out, or relaxing with takeout and a movie in the farmhouse. Enjoy all the wildlife including our chickens. Don’t forget to shop our darling little downtown and restaurants. We hope you enjoy what our old quirky, quaint, darling lil farmhouse and Smithville has to offer.
