the home was perfect for us. everything was so comfortable. the jacuzzi in the back and pool table in the family room added a lot of fun. the kitchen and dining room are huge. all in all a great place to stay.

Our communication with the property management rep, Natalie, was helpful and flawless. The house was very comfortable and well appointed for our entire family. We walked a short distance (less than 10 minutes) to gain beach access, which connects to a well-maitained walking path to the San Clemente pier. The backyard is nice, but the rain didn’t allow for much outdoor time. We did enjoy the hot tub in the evenings. The neighborhood is quiet, with many friendly people walking their dogs. We highly recommend this home for a relaxing stay in beautiful San Clemente.

Great spot in San Clemente!

We had a fantastic experience celebrating my mother’s 60th birthday in San Clemente. The property was perfect for our family and was a short walk from the beach. We would definitely stay again and the property managers made everything simple and seamless for us.

Perfect House

Slice of heaven

My family of four and my cousin and his family of 4 stayed over Labor Day weekend. The location is awesome. The rooms are spacious and the fact they all have their own bathroom was very nice. They had beach toys to use which made our stay even better. We enjoyed the beach all day and relaxed in the hot tub at night. A truly wonderful trip and wonderful place to stay!

Perfect family stay

This is a beautiful home that is perfect for a family group of mixed ages. Something to do for everyone and plenty of space. It is located in a beautiful neighborhood that is close to the beach and many good restaurants and shops. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to cook. Will definitely come back.

Beautiful Clean Home

This home was in a beautiful location near the beach, and a beautiful quiet neighborhood. We had four couples, and there was plenty of room, and each bedroom had its own bathroom. This home is conveniently located near downtown San Clemente and the rental company was quick to answer all questions. We would definitely recommend staying here with 3-4 couples!

Daughter’s Wedding

Property was fantastic and as described. Comms with management company were fantastic. Great location and the house setup is ideal for a large group. Each bedroom with its own bathroom was a nice touch. Bride and bridesmaids had plenty of room and natural lighting to get the hair and makeup done. Highly recommend and would stay again!

Great house in a great location

We had a wonderful time staying with our extended family at the house. The hottub and pool table were big hits with everyone and the house had lots of places to hang out and catch up with each other. T-Street beach is a short walk away and Del Mar Ave had lots of cute boutiques, surf shops and restaurants. Grocery store is a 3 minute drive and super convenient. Highly recommend this house and location.

The Best house for family

We came in for a wedding and we had a tragedy. The house was meant for us. We couldn’t have stayed in a better place!!!!! The roominess the openness the back yard and all the signs on the walls fit perfectly for our trip and our family!!!! Perfect house!!!!!

Everything was soooo easy. The property management company was easy to get ahold of. The pier has fun restaurants. The cleanliness of the home is top notch. All electronics were in good working order. We will be back next year!

Wonderful home

Our son was married at a nearby venue (Ole Hanson Beach Club). This was a beautiful home to stay in for the days surrounding the wedding. Half a mile walk to the beach that even my 82-year-old mom could make! (She’s in great shape!) The kitchen is well-stocked with everything you could need, and there are beach towels, chairs, and body boards. Even a surfboard! Thank you for a lovely stay.

Amazing house

The house was gorgeous and clean. It’s in a VERY nice neighborhood and within walking distance to the beach. It is well stocked with high end products. The pictures we saw on VRBO matched the property, there were no surprises. The woman we dealt with for the booking was very nice and helpful and responded quickly to our questions/needs.The ONLY downside for us was that the neighborhood was too quiet. We like to stay up late and hang out in the back yard which is close to the surrounding back yards. Even just regular voices sound loud in such a peaceful environment.

Friends stayed here for a wedding

The house was beautiful and great for all of my friends staying for our wedding. There was a little hiccup with the check in process (they never sent the check in information) but luckily someone was able to get the manager on the phone. Again the house was great but some of my friends took advantage of it and I had to pay the price for it. I sincerely apologize to the OC Rentals for what happened but hopefully everything is okay now.

Girls' Retreat

The eight of us went to grammar school and high school together. We get together once a year for a few days. We graduated from high school in 1960. The house was perfect for us with large areas to gather for games, chatting, fixing dinner together, eating together. The kitchen was well supplied with everything we needed to fix and serve dinner.
