With large glass doors leading to a private patio, the space is filled with natural light and picturesque views of fairway or Palmetto Dunes’ 11-mile lagoon system. The living room includes a sleeper sofa, Cable TV, and WiFi, ensuring everyone stays entertained and connected.

The master suite features a King bed, a private bath with a soaking tub and separate shower. The guest bedroom has two twin beds and convenient access to a guest bath. Upstairs, the loft provides additional sleeping accommodations with two twin beds and a half bath—ideal for kids or extra guests. Guests also enjoy the added convenience of a carport.

It was a great property and great location. sofa, chairs, & master bed could have been more comfy

Our experience was great. Awesome location and had everything we needed. A main level bathroom would have been nice but that is not something easily added and the furnishings were not super comfortable. Overall we really liked it and would definitely stay again. I wish it accepted pets though and then I would stay even longer!

Sheltering in place

Wife and I were in HH when Coronavirus became acute in Mid March. Our doctor told us to shelter in place in HH if we could rather than return to Illinois. We stayed for two extra weeks and practice sheltor in place. Everyone was so helpful and understanding. Thank you Village management.

The condo was not as clean as I would have liked when we came in. The whole place was outdated. The furniture and beds were not very comfortable. The master bath was in pretty poor condition. The shower floor was very slippery and there were no safety bars to hold on to. This was very concerning to me since I'm in need of a cane. I found it amazing that the bathroom was not handicap compliant. Upon going upstairs for the first time, there was a palmetto bug waiting for us. That was not the only one we saw in the condo while we were there. I also did not realized that there were so many stairs. After speaking to a friend of ours who was down there at the same time and owns a place in Sea Pines, I know that I paid too much for the week we were there. We would probably come down again, but probably not at Palmetto Dunes.
