Located in New London, this adorable 2800 square foot house boasts 4 bedrooms including 3 king beds, 1 full bed, 1 twin bed, and 1 bunk bed. With 4 bathrooms equipped with hair dryers and showers, guests will feel right at home. Enjoy the enchanting atmosphere and superb amenities like Fiber Mesh WiFi, washer/dryer, AC, and more. A great place to call homebase while you're away, we hope you enjoy your stay.

The upper porch is screened in with vaulted ceiling and offers a panoramic view of the lake.

The lower porch has a fire table with sofa and 2 tall adironback chairs overlooking the lake.
The Full kitchen is open to living area and offers same great view off the porch. Fully stocked with cookware, dinnerware and a beverage fridge. Kitchen also has small appliances such as a toaster, blender and drawer microwave.
Bedrooms :
Master Bedroom is on the main floor with king bed. With large screen tv and ceiling fan.
Upstairs- 2 bedrooms with King Matrreses next to a full bathroom. Each with large screen tv and ceiling fans.
Basement large bedroom has a full bed, twin bed and twin over full bunk bed. Ceiling fan. No TV

Main Floor has living room with a power reclining sofa, 2 chairs and 55" TV and Soundbar.

Basement area has 65" TV and Soundbar with sectional sofa. Bar area has a half fridge and icemaker machine. Full Bathroom with Shower and Bathtub next to the bedroom.

New Weber grill is located just off the side porch.

Workspace located in the upper left bedroom for those working at home away from home. 49" Ultrawide Curved Wall mounted Monitor with Docking Station, keyboard and mouse. All you need is your laptop and a Type C Thunderbolt port.

Everything was ready and perfect. Great access to the lake. We really enjoyed the screened in porch and the comfortable seating. We were able to keep our boat at the dock. We would book this house again without hesitation.

Phenomenal place that is WAY better than advertised. Super clean, well-stocked and an ideal location right on the lake for 4 gents and our yearly fishing trip. We will absolutely rent this place again on our next visit to Badin Lake.

We loved this lake house! The view is beautiful and can be seen from almost everywhere in the house. Everything was so thoughtfully appointed and well laid out for our needs. There was even a baby gate on the porch to the stairs down to the water, which was great for our peace of mind when traveling with a little one. The bedding was luxurious and wonderful. Host communication was super fast when we had a question and very kind and helpful. Highly recommend!

The house was very clean and decorated nicely. The picture was the driveway was a little deceiving we were under the impression it was a flat driveway and it wasn’t, but that’s ok. The lake was beautiful.

Great property with all of the amenities. The lower level had a great man cave feel. Dock was great to sit out and enjoy the stars. The house was very well appointed. The area itself is a little secluded (I.e. no restaurants close) but the house was fantastic absolutely no issues.

A beautiful modern home truly a stone’s throw away from the lake!

This home was so welcoming and comfortable. It had everything everyone needed down to the soft warm blankets and cooking supplies. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the showers were amazing. We loved sitting out on the Adirondack chairs on the dock just looking at the water and the kayaks were so convenient and fun! We will definitely be back and we miss being there already!

Very nice, clean and well appointed home! The kitchen had everything we needed for grilling dinners at the house. Downstairs living area was great for the kids and family game nights. We spent most of our time on the wonderful screened porch! Hosts are responsive and accommodating. We would definitely rent here again! Thanks for a wonderful weekend!
