This 4+ bedroom property which is just blocks from the Heavenly Valley ski resort, and minutes from the lake, beach and casinos. An indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, home theater with 106' screen, billiard and poker tables and outdoor BBQ will keep guests entertained for days. This air-conditioned home boasts four bedrooms, five baths, gourmet kitchen and three outdoor decks, is available to small group of 6 adults with children age 5 and under. Secured wi-fi and cable TV, with premium channels, are included.

The bedrooms on the upper level consists of one master king bedroom suite , one king bedroom suite and one queen bedroom suite. The lower level has a bedroom suite with two queen beds, and a game room which include a bunk-bed for the kids. The arrangement is ideal for family gatherings.

The gourmet kitchen has a granite island/bar with stools, boasts all high quality appliances and is fully stocked with kitchen accessories to delight the best of gourmet chefs. Meals can be comfortably served on a 8-seater round dining table and a 6-seater convertible round game table.

Have fun in the ground floor entertainment area where you can splash into a private indoor heated pool for your early morning exercise, then choose between the steam room or sauna to warm-up. Next, watch Blue-Ray movies on the 106" screen in the home theater off the pool area, featuring 8 fully reclining theater chairs, with individual blankets.

An on-site housekeeper who occupies an Au-pair unit which has her own separate entrance, is available for assistance during your stay.

After a game of billiards, dip into the hot tub and sip a glass of wine on the upstairs deck, while soaking in the warmth and the views of Heavenly and Lake Tahoe at its best!

The BEST PROPERTY in Tahoe for a family trip

Property far exceeded our expectations. Spacious with all the amenities for a family trip. We had excursions and activities lined up every day during July 4th weekend but no one wanted to leave the house!The indoor pool and theatre had the kids occupied for hours. Great hosts, easy to communicate with and very accommodating! We plan to come back!

Really great property in South Lake Tahoe. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Really close to Heavenly and it snowed while we were there and the kids loved playing in the snow and sledding outside of the house. We hope to come again.

Perfect home for a family vacation!

Great house overall. Great location. Pretty views. Hiking trail nearby. And super for a family with a pool, hot tub, and pool table. Our son and daughter and their families loved it. Our 10 had plenty of room to spread out with two more beds we did not need. If we ever come back to Lake Tahoe, we will definitely stay here again!

Perfect location and everything you could ask for!

Wonderful property

A perfect place for a cozy weekend with family. The location is great (very close to Heavenly shops) but we had everything we needed and never needed to leave. The communication with the hosts was very clear. The property was clean and the kitchen was well equipped for making family memories.

Communication with owner was flawless, before, during and after our stay. I would email owner and received a response to my questions very soon after. Love Lake Tahoe

Four friends who had not seen each other since high school over 50 years ago got together to reminisce and make new memories. We picked the perfect property very close to everything, but quiet and beautiful. This property has everything you could possibly want and it was as advertised….no surprises. Great house for multiple families

We rented this house over Thanksgiving week and it was a great layout for our two families and grandma. Plenty of room options and great amenities. The WiFi went out while we were there and the owner found a tech guy to come the day before Thanksgiving to fix it. A couple things didn’t work great (sauna, fireplace) but overall we enjoyed our stay. The location is close to an easy hiking area with great views and a quick drive to town.

Perfect getaway for our family!

Just returned from an amazing week in Tahoe. The house was as great as described! We are a big family and our adult kids loved it. From the daily hot tub and indoor pool fun to watching movies in the theater room we couldn’t have had a more perfect fit. Great Base for a Summer Stay at Lake Tahoe

Our family of 10 stayed at the home, which was a perfect set up for us. The living room, kitchen, nook and pool table area are in an open setting, giving a sense of connectedness but large enough that no one ever felt crowded. The pool and hot tub were also a fun feature. The location was near some great hiking (Powerline trail) and a close drive to the beach, shopping, restaurants, Heavenly village, the gondola, etc. Highly recommend John and Sylvia for being super helpful, responsive hosts.

This is one-of-a-kind property where you will not find too many in the area. It has everything you need for family gathering with children, small business strategy session/reunions. It has great location close to ski resorts, beach and casinos. Build in 2007, the home has all the amenities to relax within.
