Our unit is just a couple of blocks away from our daughter and grandkids. We visit a couple of times a year, and rent it out on a 30 day plus basis while we are away.

Why they chose this property

We love Algiers point because there are so many restaurants and bars nearby. The French Quarter is a quick ferry trip across the river. We love to walk and jog along the levee. The neighborhood is very quiet, safe and friendly. There are lots of families and confetti park is practically across the street.

What makes this property unique

With all tile floor and central air conditioning unit is pleasant in the warmer months. With a full kitchen, including dishwasher, you can save money on meals. There’s a community washer and dryer that is free to use, many owners leave their detergent in the laundry room that way it doesn’t take up space in the unit.
