Very clean and accommodating tiny house. Good proximity to a Lynx rail station having parking allowing us to get around Charlotte to various walkable destinations from other rail stations. Would definitely stay again!

Short trip in a tiny and cute home

I visited from out of town for a concert with friends and this property had everything we needed! It was such a cute and quaint tiny home with everything we needed, and Nicole was an incredible host and was responsive when we locked ourselves out on accident. I will definitely stay again next time I visit.

Perfect spot

Nicole was easy to communicate with, and informative. Super cute tiny house and we felt safe with the gate and security camera. This spot was perfect distance to all our planned activities. Super clean and very relaxing. Definitely will rent again.

The property was very clean and organized. The host was extremely responsive to questions. The internet went out on us and the host had it resolved very quickly. Two little things were that no little shower soaps or soaps for the bathroom sink were provided. Other than that, it was fantastic. The host responsiveness made it a 10/10.

Clean and Quiet - Great place for two and a Pup

The accommodations were clean. Kitchen essentials like a fry pan and a couple of pots, spatulas, flatware and dinnerware all available. A can opener would be a beneficial add to the kitchen. The bed was comfortable. This is a nice place for a couple of people and a pet. The fenced-in yard made for a nice area for the dog to roam. Communication was great throughout.

Host was pleasant in messages so I went against my better judgement and didn't take pictures of the lack of cleaning, and how badly the place was built. Thought it would be ok for the 2 days I was staying. The issues: Cobwebs on the fan, dirt and more cobwebs in the corner by the pullout, smudges on the walls (especially behind the faucet in the bathroom), marks on walls, stains on comforter, black smudges on wash cloth, and sheet, stain on shower curtain, shower handle fell off, curtian rod fell multiple times, wood cracking in shower cracking in windowsills, stains on ceiling, stains on side of fridge (and on rack where towels are located), floor didn't look like it was mopped prior. Place looked like it was built by someone who didn't know what they were doing. Nice at first glance, but provided pictures of the place are not accurate. Disappointed in myself for not taking pictures. Make sure you document the mess if you choose to stay here. I doubt it's even up to code. First and last renting through vrbo. Deleting this account.
