The home offers:

⭐ Fully Stocked Kitchen – Perfect for all your cooking and baking needs.
⭐ Main Floor Bedrooms & Bathrooms – Two bedrooms and two bathrooms, including a master with sea views and private en-suite. TVs are included in both bedrooms.
⭐ Second-Floor Loft – Accessed via a spiral staircase, featuring three beds, desks, a cozy den, and a balcony overlooking the sea. Please note: no bathrooms upstairs.
⭐ Wrap-Around Porch & Grill – Relax, enjoy ocean views, and fire up the grill for outdoor dining.

Guests have full access to the entire home. Please note that two closets are locked for the owners’ use.
The golf cart behind the house is not available for rent. For island transportation, we recommend Island Time Golf Cart Rentals or Harbourside Rentals for convenient cart rentals during your stay.

One host lives in the States and the other lives in the Bahamas. You can always call on Whats App, but if you want a more immediate response, message through the Airbnb app. We are happy to answer any questions.

Best way to get around is by renting a golf cart from either Island Time Golf Cart Rentals or Harbourside Rentals.

⭐ Nearby Restaurant – We are next to a local restaurant, perfect for grabbing coastal dishes. On Friday and Saturday nights, some noise may carry to the house, so we provide sound machines for a restful sleep.
⭐ Bathrooms – Both bathrooms are on the main level. Guests staying upstairs will need to come downstairs to access them.
⭐ Island Pace – Life in the Bahamas moves at a slower pace. Wait times for services may be longer, shops may have limited supplies, and prices on goods can be higher since most items arrive by boat.
⭐ Starter Essentials – We provide a 4-day supply of basics like toilet paper and paper towels. Guests staying longer are responsible for additional supplies.
⭐ Electricity Usage – A two-week stay can have electric bills up to $700. Please be mindful: turn off electronics and AC when away, and keep windows/doors closed unless the AC is off.
⭐ Water Availability – Occasionally, water may be shut off during the day for maintenance. Nightly water shut-off occurs from 12 AM to 5 AM.
⭐ Grocery Stores – Food Fair is open 8 AM–5 PM, Monday–Saturday. Island Mart, a convenience store, is open 8 AM–8 PM, 7 days a week for late arrivals or Sundays.
⭐ Restaurant Hours – Vary by location; check the house manual for details.
⭐ No Pets Allowed – A fee applies if pets are found.
⭐ Security Cameras – Outdoor cameras are owner-operated and only on the exterior for insurance and safety purposes.
⭐ Hand-wash dishes (no dishwasher).
⭐ Return beach towels.
⭐ No wet towels on furniture.
⭐ Be mindful of electricity use to avoid extra fees.
