Mainbrace. A Three Bedroom, Two Bath Home Just Steps From The Beach!

Mainbrace was built in the 1970's and renovated to the studs during the Summer of 2015.
It's a charming three bedroom, two bath beach cottage on a large property strewn with swaying coconut trees.
Located "one off the beach", Mainbrace sits behind the dune, so while you can't see the ocean from the house, you can hear it and feel the ocean's breezes. It is just a few short steps * to the nearest beach access and beach chairs and an umbrella are available for your use at the house.

Mainbrace's bedrooms are configured as such: The "master" queen has an en suite bathroom; the second queen and twin bedroom share the second bathroom. The kitchen is large and fully appointed. There are indoor and outdoor dining areas for 6 - 10 people. AC throughout as well as a whole home in-wall stereo system, cable, wi-fi, free long distance and security.
There is an outdoor shower, a gas grill...pretty much anything you need to make Mainbrace your home away from home.

Our family of 5 (3 kids ages 7-11) loved our stay at Mainbrace. All the amenities were great and had everything we needed for the beach - chairs, boogie boards, paddle boards, paddle board and balls, buckets, etc. We also love the super short walk to the beach and being able to hear the ocean from our porch. Kids also loved the yard and playing football, catching lizards, and sitting in the hammock and swing. Everything was clean and loved the decor! Hosts answered any questions quickly during our stay and were super helpful. Would love to stay here again in the future!

The house looks just like the pictures. It is beautifully decorated with nice Bahamian charm. We like to cook and eat in and the kitchen is very well stocked. It is great to be able to walk to the beach and not have to take the golf cart. It was easy to carry fixings to enjoy cocktails on the beach.

Mainbrace is the perfect family vacation house. It’s close enough to run back if you forget something on the beach. It is beautifully decorated, has every kitchen item you need and inspires you to step back and relax. My two favorite places are the hammock and the outside shower. Trish has great communication and if you need anything taken care of she’s on it, along with her property manager who was very kind and helpful. Every time we leave we start thinking of when we can come back!

Island did have issues with power outages while we were there (which is normal), and that cussed some issues with water/etc. other than that small hiccup not one thing to complain about. Had everything as were looking for

My family and I had just the BEST stay at Mainbrace. All the comforts of home in a beautifully decorated, well designed space that’s clearly maintained with love. We went slightly off season and often had the stunning beach to ourselves. Being on the quieter end of the island was perfect for us and anything we needed was just a short golf cart ride away. Lovely owners and caretakers made this an easy and unforgettable stay!

The best week!

Our stay at Mainbrace is a vacation our family will always remember! The home was beautiful, had everything we needed for our family of 5, and the proximity to the beach was amazing! Our kids loved the yard and hammock. Clint and Neka were very helpful, and Trish provided so much helpful information before we arrived on the island.
