Relax on its third-floor private deck. Two Primary Bedrooms, each with Queen Bed and private full bath with whirlpool tub and separate shower. William’s Villa features an open floor plan with a spacious living area with cathedral ceilings and a TV. The bedrooms each offer a TV. Additional amenities include central air conditioning/heat, ceiling fans, and complimentary internet access. Stack washer/dryer. *This home does not provide linens. Shared picnic tables and park-style charcoal grills. No Smoking. No Pets. Maximum 2 Vehicles. Short Stays are available; there is a three-night minimum, and these stays can be booked within two weeks of arrival. Property Layout: Third story single floor condo: Open kitchen, dining, and living area with TV. Two Primary Bedrooms each with Queen bed, TV, and bathrooms with whirlpool tub and separate shower. Laundry closet with stackable washer/dryer.

Nice & Spacious

Pros:Nice cozy place with jacuzzi tubs in tye bathrooms. Nice living area & kitchen. Cons:Okd livingroom furniture (uncomfortable) ,the jacuzzi tub in one bathroom dosen't work,headboards on both beds are unattached and bang against tge walls.Had to use wash cloths to protect the walls The place just needs some upgraded furniture ,repair the one jacuzzi tub and TLC. Also,the clothes washer was down for repair as well. Still enjoyed the stay.

Not a “Villa “

This property is worn out! Floors with holes , sofa is old and uncomfortable. Washing machine was broken. Insects in drawers and ceiling. Beds were uncomfortable and old. No elevators! 36 steps with weeds growing in between steps ( hazardous and unstable decking) Balcony furniture broken and black mold . Could not charge golf cart. Spot was occupied with owners cart ? Very disappointed.

Location was great!

Overall a great place. Property Manager did not send access code by 5:00 as they text and emailed they would. Had to call there after hours emergency line to finally get into condo.

Perfect getaway

Clean and spacious. Our only negative. Furniture not comfortable in family room King size beds would fit great in bedrooms 😳. Thank you would definitely recommend to friends.
