Featured on Destination Discovery Channel Staycation, The Waterford Lodge is in the heart of it all. Surrounded by award winning golf courses, fine dining and the best shopping the lake has to offer. Located on the 13MM, sit back and relax on the 3 patios, which offer glass railings so not to obstruct your view. Or take a walk down to your own private dock and see all the boat action up close. This property even has its own beach. Watch million dollar boats pass by while having a cookout with your family!

This property boasts 3 floors of luxury, offering 7 spacious bedrooms, 4 with on suites, 6 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 20+ people. Rooms come standard with a king size bed, a flat screen tv, and ceiling fans for all the comforts of home. All linens are provided, as well as bathroom essentials. The kids room has 6 beds, so all the cousins have enough space and seclusion from the adults.
The bottom floor is a whole house in itself, with 3 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen, electric reclining heated/massage seating, and roll up glass garage doors, so you don't miss a minute of all the beauty the lake has to offer. This home is also equipped with a whole house intercom and stereo system, so no need to run up any flights of stairs to call your family down for dinner!

There are two full kitchens, (first and third floor) featuring Viking appliances, Miele instant coffee maker and Marble back lit countertops, as well as a half kitchen on the middle floor. There is a spacious, easy accessible drive way with a gentle slope and plenty of parking . Over 2000 ft of patios and dock, BBQ grill and swim platform. Perfect for summertime fun! **Newly added Swimspa, combination hot tub and endless swimming pool will keep your summer days filled with aquatic fun!**

The Waterford Lodge is located just minutes away from the Bagnell Dam, fondly referred to as The Strip, which has over 100 restaurants and shops with stunning views of the Lake. When you book at the Waterford Lodge, you also have access to Porto Cima amenities, which includes a seasonal pool, Pickleball courts, and a playground, all within walking distance. No need to bring anything, we have bocce balls, and pickle ball equipment. Game Room with Pool table, Foosball, Arcade games, Hydro Thunder arcade game, Mortal Kombat, Marvel Pinball, Popcorn machine, Badminton, Corn Hole, Darts, Kayaks, life preservers..... enough fun stuff to keep everyone entertained! Extra Jet ski lift and side tie offs w/fenders are available for your water crafts! Trailer parking is not allowed in Porto Cima community, but we have options for storing a trailer.

This past weekend we had a family trip planned for 15people (ended up being 12) the home owner was really nice to accept a group of this size with the exception of all following the house rules. Stay was great. Beautiful home. Great dock. Listing is inaccurate in terms of the beds available which was a big problem. The listing shows bedroom #7 has “6 double bunk beds” showing an icon with 12 beds. This was a reason we selected this home. When we arrived there were only two double bunk beds and two extra mattresses. Short by 6 beds.

Wonderful Home

This is an absolutely beautiful home in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. The lake access is unbeatable, with a private dock that made our stay extra special. The homeowner, Molli, was incredibly kind and responsive—she checked in on us a few times just to make sure everything was perfect. And it was!The house is immaculate, spacious, and thoughtfully stocked. The kitchen is fantastic and had everything we needed (and more). There were games and activities for the kids, which made it even more fun for the whole family.You’re just a short drive from great restaurants, shops, and local attractions. Everything in the home worked flawlessly, and we truly had a blast. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Perfect Home for the Perfect Weekend

Our son was getting married in Sunrise Beach and we needed somewhere to stay, along with all the groomsmen and also have a rehearsal dinner. We contacted the owner and they were so gracious about all this and excited to accommodate us. Typically owners wouldn't like you to have such a big event on their property, but they were open to it and even offered to meet us there before to make sure it would work. The house is beautiful! There is plenty of parking. Everything we needed was there. The garage is full of arcade games, pool, etc. Every room has a HUGE TV, every level has a kitchenette, living area and even a cool fireplace. The huge hot tub / infinite pool was a hit with the guys. The owners were always prompt to reply with any questions I had. They even left a note and flowers for us. :-) Sometimes at vacation homes, the list of to-do's when you leave is long & complicated, not the case here. It was simple and reasonable. Rent this place, you won't be disappointed!
