Large home located on 30 acres overlooking the Fraser River, 360 degree views! 10 person hot tub! Skiing, Biking, Hiking, Enjoy all that Grand County has to offer during the day while relaxing in luxury at home. This is a special home for making family memories.

6 bedrooms, accommodate up to 10 people, 2 kings, 2 queens, 2 bunk rooms (1 queen over 1 queen, the other bunk is Twin over Full bed).

There is plenty of room to spread out with several large living areas, 2 huge decks, a 10 person hot tub, gas fire pit, large dining table, chairs.

You & the kids will have plenty to do with a game room, pool table, basketball hoop, Play Station 4, horseshoe pit. Outdoor activities galore a short drive away or stay at home & enjoy a book in the recliner by the fire place.

Please note: if you are visiting in Winter, the drive requires 4 wheel drive or at least good snow tires. Also, we live in this home part time & we ask that you respect the neighbors. We are interested in renting only to respectful families who treat our home with care. This is not the property to rent for large groups looking to party.
