Our centrally located 2- bedroom (king beds), 2-bathroom (full bathrooms) condo is close to beaches (< 1 mile), downtown conveniences (< 3 miles), and the top wineries of Old Mission Peninsula (< 5 miles). Rooftop hot tubs, a fully stocked kitchen, high ceilings and endless natural light will give your senses a breath of fresh air. Our condo accommodates children of any ages…a crib and highchair are always available! It is handicap accessible and supports all needs.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
Ensure all used towels are placed in a pile on the floor in front of the washer. Only use dark towels/wash cloths for makeup removal.
Ensure all trash is thrown away in large trash bin in the building parking lot. Recycling and bottle deposits can be left in condo.
Please ensure TV, heat/air conditioning, and all electronics are turned off. Heat/air panel is located near non-master bedroom door.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No smoking of any kind is allowed in the unit (this includes vape products)…it will trigger the smoke alarms in the unit and building.
Please do not allow children to eat or drink on the furniture. There is a collapsible high chair stored in the laundry room for the dining room.
Do not use white washcloths or towels for makeup removal. There are makeup removal essentials in each bathroom and dark washcloths.

Our property is in an ideal location. Close to downtown, beaches, wineries, hiking and skiing, but peaceful and relaxing for visitors that just want to decompress.

What makes this property unique

We cater to families with babies and toddlers. Traveling with littles is tough so the amenities we provide take some pressure off of parents. Outlet covers, a highchair, crib, books, bottles and dishes are essentials. Added bonus - the host is a US certified Microbiologist so cleanliness is top priority!
