More than expected!

Beautiful, clean, lakefront property! I rented somewhat last minute and was pleasantly surprised! Lakefront home was very clean. Communication with owner was amazing! Would definitely stay here again!

Served its purpose but needs a handyman to do some work

Overall good. Had some bug issues in kitchen, could not get the family room fan to work and porch fan speed does not work. Home needs some fix up with fans and ceiling cracks. Needs more lighting in family room. Outdoor grill is unusable. A book with some general guidance would be helpful to help know what to do on checkout. Maybe a guest register for comments. Recommend to have a handyman go thru the house and do inspection and repair of items found.
