The Riverside on Lakeshore Drive

Beautiful contemporary style home featuring a spacious, open concept layout with 3 bedrooms (2 King & 1 queen bed) & two full bathrooms. The house sits on a double lot overlooking 120' of the Tittabawassee River.
Close to 5 area wedding venues! Easy access off M-61 on a paved road. Currently we enjoy the natural flow of the Tittabawassee River but please note that there no good access point to get on/in the water. Restoration of the dam creating the lake is estimated to be complete in 2026.

We really enjoyed our stay there! The set up was perfect for what we wanted and needed for our wedding weekend. The only issue we had was the bedding in the spare bedroom needed to be washed before my sister in law could use it. Communication with the host about a problem with the heat was great and handled quickly. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family.

Our family enjoyed this home. It was clean and comfortable, and located at a quiet spot along the river. The kitchen worked out well cooking meals, and we also enjoyed the shuffle board in the garage. We would stay again.

Great Home away from Home

We stayed at this home to attend a wedding for dear friends of ours. The home was in an excellent place for our venue and to go into town. The hosts are top notch and were available whenever needed. We highly recommend this location and would consider staying here again. Thank you Dianna & Jeff
