Gorgeous home with an open layout that sleeps 10! Private pool and hot tub along with a community pool and tennis courts and a golf cart is included with your rental! This house is located in Destiny East, just acrosss the street from the beach. You can be at the beautiful emerald water and sugar white sands in minutes.

Destiny East is located across the street from the beach and is minutes away from shopping and great local restaurants.

You can get around by golf cart (which is included), bikes, walking or driving.



Other Things to Note:

There are 2 driveway spots for parking and 1 spot in the garage for smaller vehicles. This property does not have overflow parking and street parking is not allowed.

Perfect Destin vacation home! Home had great amenities, very clean, pool and golf cart was especially enjoyable. Check in process was very easy and Mgr. Amanda was great to work with; very accommodating and prompt responses. Would definitely recommend this home for any family!

The home was wonderful! It had everything we needed close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. For us the best part was that it was dog friendly so we were able to bring our fur babies. The home was clean and well stocked with all essentials. The private pool was a huge bonus. Would highly recommend!

The whole set up of the house and pool and outdoor space worked out great for our family also nice space for dogs . We used the golf cart every day for the beach our stay was awesome!We would stay there again.

We had a fantastic stay at this Vrbo home! The beach is less than a mile away with easy access near the Crab Trap restaurant. The kids loved the pool, and the spacious backyard was perfect for relaxing. The community is conveniently located near grocery stores, and the golf cart was a fun bonus that made getting around even better.

Very nice house

Large deck with pool. Large rooms with comfortable furniture. Not handicap accessible. Large steps with no grab bar. Showers are about a foot lower than bathroom floor. Large well appointed kitchen. Steep driveway.

We have stayed in this house 3 times and we like it but it is starting to show signs of wear and tear. Maybe needs a little TLC. We did not see the pool guy at all this week and the pool reflected that. Also, the new control panel for the pool did not seem to work correctly. If you turned on the jacuzzi, you could not have the light on the pool on and vice versa. Kudos to Amanda for being so responsive when we needed wristbands to use the gym.

This is a terrific property for adults with children or adults only. The pool is just big enough for kids to splash and jump in, and the hot tub is terrific. The screened lanai is great - we will be doing that at our house. All bedrooms are en suite so lots of privacy and the kitchen/dining/living room open concept is huge!Would definitely stay here again!
