Great Property Management

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lovely stay at Saige Place. It was really the management company that made the Vacation a knockout. The house itself is a little dated and could use some upgrades and cosmetic work, but the amenities are wonderful and the property management company could not have been more attentive.

Beautiful place and pool was awesome. The only thing missing is a golf cart where most of the houses provide one with the rental but we rented our golf cart and it was perfect also. I loved being able to bring our small dog on vacation with us. We will definitely consider this home again.

Beautiful house in stunning neighborhood

We really loved this house and Renda was an amazing host. We had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub were awesome for the few chilly days we had- both heated. The walk to the beach was short and we had tons of options for food all around us. Would love to go back!

I was disappointed with the house. Definitely needs updating. The pool is small and the pictures don’t do it justice. The beach was driving distance not a walk away. It’s suppose to be a relaxing time but I was woke up to a phone call at 7 for trash day. The air was out the first day we arrived but the owners quickly got it fixed. The bunk bed in one of the rooms was broken. The owner was very nice and friendly but I will never stay here again.

We are disappointed by your three-star review, as we do not believe it accurately reflects the home or the service you received. The private pool is a standard-size pool for this area and is shown accurately in the listing photos. It is not a small splash pool. We have managed this property for three years and have not received complaints like this before. The beach is within walking distance, and many residents and guests regularly make the walk. Walking distance can feel different to each person, but the location is represented accurately. There was one broken slat in the upper bunk, but it did not affect the integrity of the bed. The air-conditioning issue was unexpected and beyond our control, but we had it repaired immediately. This is a wonderful vacation home in the desirable Destiny East community. It is not advertised as brand new, and the photos accurately represent the home, furnishings, pool, and condition. You also did not meet or speak with the owner. You communicated with us, the property managers, and we worked courteously and promptly to address your concerns. We respect your right to share your opinion, but we do not believe this was a three-star stay. We hope future guests will review the listing and photos and make their own decision and not base it on your opinions that have not been shared by 3 years of happy guests.

Family getaway

''The house was very clean, and i loved that it had its own private pool. The kids had so much fun swimming and playing in it!'' The only thing that need to be fixed is the drain in the kids bathroom tub. But we had fun!!!!.

Hi Adel, I'm glad you loved Saige. I wish you would of told us about the drain in the kids bathroom tub. We would of fixed it immediately. We take 5 Star reviews very seriously and do not feel that a drain warranted a 4 star. Thank you for staying with us and in the future...if you need something reach out and it will be taken care of. Perfect Florida Vacation

My mother and I spent a week at this rental and couldn't have asked for a better vacation! The pool was incredibly relaxing, and the hosts were kind and responsive. The beds were very comfortable, making our stay even more enjoyable. We had so much fun at the house that we barely ventured out to explore the local attractions. My mom has difficulty with her knees, so it was wonderful that the pool had easy steps and a handrail, plus it was heated to the perfect temperature. The house was also very accessible, although we did need a stool for the bed for Mom. We're already looking to book our next trip!
