Me and my Family love to travel, specially to places with beach access and enjoy Quality time together.
Why they chose this property
Costa Del Sol is one of the most beautiful Beaches in El Salvador, with a breathtaking Sunsets, warm waters to swim and to do water sports, it is very close to the Estero de Jaltepeque, were you can do boat rides and, since this condominiums are gated, it makes it more secure, you can be out and about at all times without worrying for the security. It is also very convenient since it is only 40 minutes from the International Airport.
What makes this property unique
Even thought this community are called Condominiums, the houses are different one to the other, Our house is called La Finquita (the Little Ranch) because it has many Coconut trees, that bring natural shade, freshness and a very relaxing views, ideal to relax and disconnect from the everyday stress and enjoy the activities, also, we have Mango, Lemmon and Maranon trees, every morning the sound of the birds makes you feel right in Paradise.
