Fully equiped and professionally decorated. Safe guard gated building with an elevator that take you from your parking spot to the apartment, Easy 20 mins. drive to the airport. Excellent restaurants and grocery store 3 minutes by car. Lots of outdoor activities: swimming, sun bathing, fishing, parasailing, boogie boarding, jet skis; large new pool in front of the Pacific ocean, Nice area to relax listening, watching the waves and taking a suntan . Feel the breeze and the warmth of every magnificent panoramic sunset from your private covered patio or sitting on the beach it's indescribable beautiful.
The apartment has AC, High Speed Internet WIFI, 4TVs, dish washer, 1 fridge and a mini fridge, microwave, range with oven, full equiped with utensils. The big large balcony has a large dining table, bar area, a living area, a couple swings, a BBQ area and a hammock to enjoy fun and relaxing time with your family and friends.
The master bedroom has a full view to the ocean and a sliding door to exit to the large balcony and a private bathroom, bedrooms 2 and 3 share a full bath, but is a 1/2 bath in the side of bedroom 3 so it feels like every room has a bathroom. Bedroom 4 has a private full bath. All the bedrooms have black out shades.

We love the beach and love to travel, This is one of the most beautiful beaches in El Salvador, Also, the ocean front property is gorgeous,Is decorated by a professional interior designers , We love to share our property with other people who love the beach, travel and good times as much as we do.

Ocean front, close to airport, excellent beach, friendly people, great restaurants, very complete groceries store with lots of options ,close to the bay and easy to get a boat, lots of sports, parasailimg, rent jetsky, Flintstones style Gym, boogie boarding , water temperature 80 °to 85 °very convenient and super FUN!!!
What makes this property unique
Views, views, views. We are ocean front on the fourth floor. Take the elevator down and you are at the massive pool or on the beach. As well, our unit was professionally decorated, has all the comforts of home and is just simply easy and fun.
