July and August 2025 rentals are Friday to Friday; all other months require only a 2-night minimum except holiday weekends.

With 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 living room areas, it comfortably accommodates up to 11 guests. Enjoy stunning lake views from nearly every room and spend your days swimming, boating, or fishing right from your doorstep. The home features a fully equipped kitchen, two cozy living rooms, each with a fireplace, and indoor and outdoor dining areas. The expansive yard provides plenty of space for outdoor activities, while the tranquil setting ensures peace and privacy. Ideal for creating lasting memories, this getaway offers both comfort and natural beauty.

Wake up to our slice of paradise. Start your day with a kayak, cast a rod off the private dock, enjoy floating by the private beach in the afternoon, a family dinner on the deck and cocktail at the fire pit at night. Relax and repeat.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Trash: Bag all trash in the house and take to the trash box behind the garage. Cardboard can be broken down. No loose items in the trash, everything besides cardboard needs to be in bags.
Grill: Make sure the outdoor Grill is turned off, cleaned and cover put back on. Turn Things Off: Turn off all lights, fans, and TVs. Turn off all 3 mini-splits if they were used.
Kayaks: need to be placed on the racks to keep critters out. Lock Up: close and lock all the sliders as well as the back door to the garage. On front door press the Yale logo when leaving.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
We expect all furniture, both indoor and outdoor, to be returned to its original location at the end of your stay

We are happy to share our home on Little Sebago Lake where our family of five, including three young kids, enjoy making memories of fishing, swimming, firepits, bbq's and being away from screens as much as possible. It has become our escape and we hope others will make lasting memories as well.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with Little Sebago Lake years ago while staying at our friends house just down the lake. When the opportunity was available to us to join the community we jumped at the chance after seeing the incredible view from Sunset Cove.

What makes this property unique

The privacy, view of the lake and access from the house are all the characteristics that make this home so beautiful and charming.
