Ponderosa pines surround a spacious and serene place to relax after a long day at the national parks or work. Enjoy the unique indoor space as well as ample outdoor space. The circle drive provides easy access. The game room and large kitchen provide space to enjoy friends and family time. The back yard is still under improvement. The Koi pond is home for the fish, please be respectful to their space.

Excellent place

The house and our stay was amazing. The best vrbo we have stayed in so far. The house was equiped with everything we needed including a stocked kitchen. My kids loved all the toys and pool room. The owners were very friendly and welcoming. We would stay again and recommkend to all our friends and family.

Great place owned by Great People

Our stay was awesome. We have all the space we needed and the house had all the amenities that we were looking for. They have Koi Fish in the back and you get to feed them daily. It was a cool experience. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking to stay outside the Carlsbad area.

Spacious and comfortable house with a Koi pond!

My family stayed at this wonderful house while visiting Carlsbad Caverns and Sitting Bull Falls. We loved how organized and labeled everything was in the kitchen. The kids really enjoyed the game room, especially the pool table. They were also thrilled to be responsible for feeding the Koi fish during our stay.The location was an easy drive to each of our adventures, and the house was also very quiet at night. We would definitely recommend this house!
