Enjoy the historic downtown Denison with shopping, restaurants, wineries and pubs. Waterloo Lake Park is 5 minutes away with playgrounds, hiking, fishing and kayaking. Lake Texoma is 15 minutes for fishing, boating and hiking. Choctaw Casino- 20 minutes. WindStar Casino - 60 minutes. You are guaranteed to make lasting memories at this unique place
You will enjoy a 700 sq foot apartment with a private entrance, full kitchen, queen size bed, daybed with trundle and a sofa sleeper. Two large TV’s, large patio with a privacy fence.
Guest has private entrance and complete access to this apartment with adjoining Sun Room, patio and privacy fence. There are no shared spaces. Plenty of room in back yard for kids and pets to play safely.
