Everything was great. Wonderful location…walking distance to McDonald’s, Walmart and Starbucks! Host was very responsive.

Modern city location

The location worked out perfect for three couples. Lots of room to spread out. The host was very good at keeping in contact and answering questions right away. walking distance to Walmart and a huge shopping mall.

Comfortable and Homey

This unit served our purpose. Our group consisted of 9 people. 7 adults and 2 children. We did not feel cramped. Unit was clean. There are many restaurants and shopping within walking distance. I would stay here again.

We recently stayed at this rental with a group of 7 adults and found it to be a mostly pleasant experience. The beds were comfortable and easily accommodated everyone in our group. The house was generally clean upon arrival with a couple minor areas that could have used more attention.The living area is on the smaller side, so it can feel a bit tight with a full group, but the outdoor patio helps add some breathing room. The rental could use more towels, washcloths, and hand towels. We had to do laundry. The afternoons were extremely warm, and it was sometimes hard cool the house down at night. If you’re visiting during the summer, be prepared for that. One bedroom had no air conditioner. On the plus side, stores and restaurants are within walking distance, and the view of the mountains in the distance adds a nice touch. The host was also very responsive, which we appreciated.Overall, this is a decent place to stay in downtown Surrey for a large group.

Well-Maintained – Perfect for Families

We had a great stay at this townhome! We visited with three families—six adults and four kids—and the space worked out well for us. Hubert was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The check-in process was smooth, with clear instructions and plenty of pictures to guide us. The home was clean, well-maintained, and had modern furnishings. All the fittings and fixtures were in good condition, and the kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed. We also requested parking for three cars, and Hubert was able to arrange indoor parking for all of them, which was really convenient. Overall, a comfortable and hassle-free stay!
