Sending me a pic of the keys is the most important thing! Lost keys cost $250 for the locksmith to replace. Always keep the only key in the lockbox and send me a pic to. 917 558 5100 when you lave.
Please MAKE SURE THAT BOTH AIR CONDITIONERS ARE TURNED OFF. Please turn the AC off every time you leave the house. Thank you.
Take out trash to the bins located VS the wall at the kink in the path outside 111. Please do not strip the beds!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Each guest using the sofa bed will pay a $25 a night linen and utility charge
Please turn off the air-conditioning every time you leave the house. Never unit below 75F. Noting on island will cool below 75.

Close to beaches and restaurants. Easy drive to shopping and attractions. Pool and accommodations were perfect for my wife and I. Plenty of kitchen ware for eating in. A/C worked great but evenings were lovely with the doors open.

The private pool was a welcome relief from the heat and a great escape from the beach crowds. Christine communicated all information needed and was quick to respond when issues arose. She provided lots of information about the island and places/things to do for anyone unfamiliar with the area. My only recommendation would be to always have an extra set of bedding and bath towels kept on the property. Things happen and, without any laundry facilities on property, extra linens are a necessity. Thankful I was told in advance to bring extra with me, but having to check a bag of linens was an inconvenience when traveling solo.

T The property was absolutely immaculate — cleanliness was clearly a top priority. The location couldn’t be better, just a short block’s walk to the beach. Whenever we had questions, the host was prompt and helpful. I traveled with my daughter and we both felt completely comfortable and at ease throughout our stay. Highly recommend

This was a nice property. Very clean and everything we needed was available at the property. They even had snorkel equipment! The rental was nice and clean it was fun to enjoy the pool in the evenings. Sapphire beach was probably 7-10 minutes walk but worth it if you are going to enjoy the beach.

Couldn’t have chosen a better place to spend my birthday . The location of this villa was so convenient to get everywhere we wanted. Chris (the host) was so informational and willing to answer any question we had. She a had plethora of suggested restaurants and activities to do. She’s taught me travel tips that I will carry for the rest of my life & I appreciate her so much for that. Her recommendation to try the onsite restaurant was spot on (Pangea). Amazing food :) I pray that she’s able keep her business running so that I’m able to return :)
