Located in the heart of St. Augustine Beach, our townhome is the perfect spot to get away and enjoy the beach. With 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, great kitchen, comfortable living room, and a balcony overlooking the pool and the ocean. There are 4 beach chairs, umbrella and a cooler for your use. Bug bucket of beach towels too! We have the essential amenities like WiFi and central heat and air. And a Margarita machine. Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your holiday one to remember.

Great oceanfront condo in St Augustine Beach

We spent several days at this property and had a great time. Location is perfect as is oceanfront and walkable to restaurants and the pier. The owners provided everything needed including beach towels. With two parking spaces included, a pool and the beach, you really can't go wrong. Only about a 10 minute drive to downtown St Augustine!

We live in rural Connecticut in UCONN territory. We love to travel and explore the well known and off the beaten path too! We have traveled extensively with our 3 children. From the Tower of London to hiking in Hawaii, and everything inbetween making awesome memories.

Why they chose this property

My 3 brothers and I spent all my childhood summers on my parent’s boat in Mystic, Connecticut. Each weekend we traveled to all the New England islands on the boat. My husband grew up spending summers on the Rhode Island beaches. We are both drawn to the ocean. I attended Salve Regina University in Newport, Rhode Island and loved the experience, especially falling in love with my husband there. For our oldest child’s 25th birthday we took a family trip to St. Augustine Beach! It reminded us of Newport, a place we hold dear to our hearts. When we decided to purchase a vacation home St. Augustine was an easy choice.
