This is a very comfortable property in a safe neighborhood. All directions were easy to follow and the apartment was perfect for our stay! I highly recommend!

We were in a perfect spot! It isn't in the hustle and bustle of downtown but a close walk or drive to things. We were here for a conference at the convention center and loved the location of the apartment--what a view!

9/10. The room was clean and comfortable, and the view overlooking the canal and the city was awesome. The garage parking was very convenient. Check-in and check-out were easy. Given the price, this would be 10/10 if soap/shampoo/coffee were provided.

Great little spot for a quick stop in Indianapolis. Host was VERY responsive when we had a power outage, even offered to move us to a different unit if needed. Thankfully, power was restored after about an hour and my kiddo said “welp, that sure was an adventure!”Truly a great location with easy access to the Canal walk and a playground for my kid.

A beautiful place to stay in Indianapolis, adequately stocked with supplies in the kitchen. Linens did not smell clean, also there were linens left in the dryer that we discovered the day before check out. The heat was not turning on which proved to make the stay a little uncomfortable in November with temps in the 20s and snow. The space heater mentioned in the listing was nowhere to be found. Otherwise not a horrible stay.

Great location right on the canal

The apartment was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable. We walked to Everwise Amphitheater for a concert on the canal. The host was very responsive and polite. We will definitely book again for another upcoming trip.

Heat did not work. With subzero temperatures, had to cancel stay. Owner switched location from what was advertised, knew there was a heat problem and refused to help. BRBO support was great however this owner should be flagged and removed for dishonesty.

Apex Cheer Comp

Perfect apartment for our stay in Indy during the Apex cheer competition. Very comfortable and cozy. Exceptionally well maintained and clean. Check in and check out where a breeze, the host was great! 10/10 will book again!

I really don’t like to leave negative reviews, but I don’t want anyone to waste their money like we did. I think this place has so much potential, but unfortunately it was met with the bare minimum. Totally understand moving due to water damage, but the apartment was completely different. The one in the photos, there was an actual living room area and the bedroom actually had a comforter which ours did not. If we didn’t bring blankets, we would have been screwed. No coffee or tea like pictured or bathroom amenities pictured, except one roll of toilet paper. Tv did not work and host said they’d send someone to check it out and never heard any communication back after that. The oven was also left really dirty. Sadly, we did not enjoy our stay and just don’t want anyone else to deal with the same.

Simple and painless

Easy check in, good communication. Only let down was the room advertised in the online listing was changed due to water damage, and I was not made aware of that ahead of time. But no big deal, apartment was clean although some parts of the building smelled strangely.-

Instructions sent were clear. Walking distance from downtown with garage parking. Nice view, kitchen and nice sized efficiency. The unit was different than normal as building had water damage, which may have impacted everything else. The pillows smelled heavily of body odor, so bought detergent to rewash sheets when arriving. Other laundry left in the machine. One of the kitchen chairs was missing a bolt. Would have been nice to have hand soap or shampoo in bathroom. Otherwise fine. Sent message to renter on this and didn't receive communication back.

The Host was helpful and wonderful. The property was beautiful & relaxing. The downtown community was loving & helpful. I will definitely book again for them next time they have a competition in Indianapolis, Indiana. The property popped up on my inquiry the day before Thursday as a new listing & I’m so happy I booked the property. My Son & Granddaughter came in for the Jamfest National Cheerleading Championships. Her Team Slay Athletics won 1st place in there division.

We were told 8 hours prior to check-in (we were already on the road) that we would be in a different room than the one we booked due to water damage. While we were in the same building, the amenities we were told we would have were not there (coffee bar, cooking utensils, a hair dryer - a necessity, an extra air mattress with sheets, hand soap). The space, while livable, was not the cleanest. The wifi instructions I was given never worked correctly to get connected. We tried to communicate with the property host, but got no reply during our stay. I have attached a few pictures of the cleanliness. We were quite disappointed with our stay and will be sure not to rent from this property host again.
No coffee/tea bar that was shown in pictures. None of the cooking utensils were available that were shown in pictures. We had eating utensils and that was it.
The property cleanliness was disappointing.

Our stay at this location went very well after a rocky start. The building is very appealing. Parking is convenient in the garage. The room was clean and decorated nicely. The only issue was not getting all the details necessary to check-in. The host was immediate to followup and help get us where we needed to be able to check-in. Great price for all that we received. We would definitely book again!

Our room was downgraded to a smaller unit. It was not very clean. The carpet in the unit was worn and coming up in some areas. The heating unit/thermostat worked sporadicly. The shower curtain not only was not large enough to keep the water from going all over the bathroom, it fell down and we had to keep placing it back up. The bed is very high off the ground and the mattress topper on it wasn’t very comfortable. After removing the sheets at our exit as instructed the mattress protector under the sheets was dirty and had hairs on it. The bedding wasn’t very comfortable either. Over all I was very disappointed, having stayed at another unit before in the same apt complex and having a very different experience for that stay.
