Park right in front of the building and enjoy easy access to your apartment. The public transportation is only a short walking distance away. With a nearby bus stop and downtown just 2.9 miles away. Plenty of Uber or Lyft services also available to reach downtown area with in minutes.

Upon entering the building, a cozy lobby greets you, and ascending the stairs to your left will lead you to Apartment #3, your home away from home. The studio is thoughtfully designed to cater to your every need:

Sink into the embrace of a comfortable memory foam Queen bed, complete with a mattress protector ensuring a restful sleep. A nightstand with a USB-equipped lamp awaits, perfect for charging your devices. Need to catch up on work? A desk and chair provide a functional workspace. For additional sleeping space, a versatile futon awaits.

Control natural light with window-darkening curtains, ideal for daytime sleepers. A spacious closet with hangers and a dresser offer ample storage for your belongings.

Prepare homemade meals in the fully equipped kitchen, featuring a gas stove with an oven, full-size fridge, microwave, toaster, and more. Enjoy your creations at the dining table with two chairs.

The full-size bathroom offers a shower with a tub, a vanity, toilet, and complimentary toiletries. An iron and ironing board are provided for your convenience.

Experience added security with entrance security cameras and two main doors—one for the building and one for the studio. Please note that cats are not allowed, and dogs must be under 20 pounds (standard pet fee applies).

For early birds, an optional one-hour early check-in at 3pm is available for $20. Please let us know in advance.

While the studio features central AC, note that access to the thermostat is not available, as it's centrally controlled for the entire building.
