Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
When you are checking out, after putting your luggage in your car (if you have one!)
Make sure you have not forgotten anything (I had found a passport, an Iphone charger, a belt and sneakers!), you set the keys & cards on the table. !
Turn off the lights and go down to the front desk. They will give you access to the 4th floor garage. You can call the Front Desk, they will open it for you. Thank you for choosing our residence
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
NO Smoking in the building.

Relaxing getaway

This location was awesome. Our host was accommodating and friendly. The area was amazing. There were shops and grocery accommodations in walking distance. I would definitely stay here on my next trip to Miami.

Amazingly Comfortable, Spacious, & Convenient

I had a very comfortable stay at this property. I only gave it 4 stars because of the poor cleanliness with the pillowcase and bed sheets in the twin room that had visible dust and nasty particles on it and the grime present in the corners of the bathtub. What made the difference for me was the fact that the unit provided everything I needed from starter coffee pods, 2 large water bottles, and aluminum foil, to cleaning supplies and laundry detergent pods. Thanks to those items I was able to wash the sheets immediately in the in-unit washer and scrub the tub. It was very convenient. The property is in a prime location with restaurants, cafe's, grocery stores and lounges within 5 min walking distance. The unit itself was spacious for 4 people; I loved that there were 2 sinks in each bathroom so getting ready was easy. I chose this place to fit the preferences of my group in terms of location, space, amenities, living room, and kitchen area, and everyone was satisfied. The large couch is perfect for everyone to sit comfortably, with surround sound speakers present. The balcony is pretty big and overlooks the pool on the right. The closet space in the master bedroom is amazing and I appreciate that each room has a mirror. This unit has so much storage space which is handy for longer stays. The landlord is amiable and responsive. The front desk held our luggage for 25. I would definitely recommend this place. Note that there is a 50/guest fee for building amenities.
