The stay here was exactly what we were looking. Walking distance to downtown Bardstown. Very clean and had everything we needed to make breakfast in the morning. Would recommend this place highly and we will definitely look at staying here again!

Why they chose this property
Bourbon Oak Properties is nestled right in our own neighborhood. Our family has lived in the area for well over 80 years. You will be visiting not only one of our homes but our neighborhood.
What makes this property unique
Our journey began as a small family-owned operation, driven by a deep appreciation for the rich heritage of Kentucky Bourbon and the need for warm, welcoming accommodations in the “Bourbon Capital of the World.”
Our parents, Robert “Bobby” and Carol Simpson, recognized the growing demand for affordable, temporary housing as Kentucky Bourbon gained popularity. They lovingly restored and transformed historic properties to create unique, comfortable stays that provide a true “home away from home” experience.
