The house is massive! It sits on about 3 acres and has tons of privacy. The pool and hot tub (which heated up very quickly) were clean and spacious- we spent much of our time outside when we were not cooking. The interior has tons of room for everyone. Anton was super responsive with all of our communication. We will definitely stay here again if we have a large group.

The pool area was amazing, the hot tub was even better , the recreational amenities were very very accommodating. It was spacious and clean . I enjoyed it being gated and secured . It at least 5 Acres . My family played basketball. Soccer, swimming, sunna hot tub etc.

Rented the house for a weekend tennis tournament in Memphis. We originally rented a different property, but were told two days before arrival that the property was no longer available even though we reserved and paid months in advance. This property was offered as an alternative. Location relative to the tennis facilities and restaurants was good, but wasn’t expecting a rolling gate and stop sign. The adjacent neighborhood was a little run down, but we didn’t have any issues with neighbors. Very close to the interstate and road noise, hot tub wasn’t clean, grill wasn’t in good condition and security system kept alerting even after a technician was sent to “fix” it. We would not stay here again.
