The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please depart by 11:00am
- turn off the water valve under the kitchen sink at the end of your stay. ( dishwasher cannot be run after the water is turned off . Leave dirty dishes in the dishwasher.
- Please Do Not light a fire on the last morning. If you have used the fireplace , then please close the flu. Use the hooked rod to grab the flu handle and push forward until it seats closed.
- Shut off the water heater breaker .
- Turn heat to 65.
- just leave any linens on the bed
- Take Trash - tied in plastic bags, to the dumpster at the far end of the top parking lot .
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
