***Minimum Stay Requirements***
• May: 1 night on weekdays & 2 nights on weekends
• June: 1 night (Due to limited availability)
• July through September 7 - 2 nights weekdays & 3 nights weekends (5 night minimum any stay that includes the 4th of July)
• September 8 through September 30: 2 nights
• October 1 through December 31: 1 night

The perfect location for a long weekend in WNY. We drove up from SC and immediately felt at home in the well cared for suite. It had everything we needed including the fabulous porch and great parking. We were able to walk to restaurants and the small grocery store next door. The water filter on the sink was also a plus. The space was comfy and cozy for my spouse and me.

I had to make a last minute trip to Bemus Point to see family and this was the perfect location. It was just a few minutes walk to see my family, or get any amenity I needed. The suite was beautiful and really great space to relax. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Wonderful experience

The owners were easily accessible if I needed them and responded quickly to any questions I had. It has a balcony and a view of the lake from across the street. There is about 10 different places to eat and 6 bars all within walking distance. Definitely would stay there again.

We have always loved to vacation and can appreciate nice accommodations, excellent service, good food, and unique places, so we are now sharing our best experiences with you.

Bemus Point is located in Chautauqua County, and this area has many things to do, whatever season you choose to visit. When you do, we look forward to meeting you!
