Welcome to Splash Suites! Located in the heart of Bemus Point and CHQ, our newly designed property offers a one-of-a-kind stay just steps from the waterfront, shops, and dining.
***Minimum Night Stay Requirements***
• May 1 – June 19: 1 night (weekdays), 2 nights (weekends)
• June 20 – September 7 (Labor Day weekend): 3 nights
– Any stay including The 4th of July: 5-night minimum

Our stay at Splash Suites was absolutely wonderful. The suite was spotless, beautifully maintained, and truly felt like a home away from home. The views from the living room window were spectacular, even during a cool, fall rain. The communication and kindness of the hosts made everything effortless and welcoming. it's simply perfect!

Susan and Shawn's "Splash Suites" are AMAZING! We felt at home from minute one and didn't want to leave. Chatauqua Institution was an easy drive from Bemus so if you are visiting Chatauqua, definitely think of staying at Splash. I can't think of a thing I would change! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Nice getaway

Updated and clean suite in a great location. The hosts very friendly and attentive to any questions or concerns. We enjoyed a delicious meal and in their elegant restaurant just downstairs. Definitely plan on returning sometime in the future.

Great Getaway

Splash Suites are a great place for a getaway. The location is perfect as you can walk to many great places for food, drinks and treats. The complimentary drinks are a nice extra to enjoy at the tapas place below. I will absolutely book again!

Location is right in Bemus Point. There are shops, restaurants and activities within walking distance. The condo is compact and clean. We had everything we needed. Nice shower!!

Fall getaway

The property is in the heart of the lovely village of Bemus Point. We enjoyed crisp fall morning walks along the lake, and delicious breakfast and coffee at the cafe down the street. Our days were spent exploring the museums in Jamestown and biking nearby trails. We were blessed with beautiful fall sunshine and enjoyed the location, convenience and beautiful suite to relax in at the end of the day!

This property was exactly as advertised. Check in was easy, the property was clean and well maintained and check out was even easier. The hosts made themselves available via phone or text although I never needed to contact them. It was a very nice and easy stay. I'll definitely be back.

Annual Bemus Point Vacay

We have been coming to the Bemus Point area for our getaway for over 30 years. This is the first time staying at the Splash Suites, and we couldn't have been more comfortable and impressed. Our suite was clean, tastefully decorated, and contained all of the essentials that you could ever need. Our hosts, Susan and Sean are so sweet and accommodating. The Cocktail Lounge was like going back to the1950's in NYC, complete with it's beautiful decor, Sinatra singers, coconut margaritas, and couples dancing like Fred & Ginger! I can't wait for our next stay at Splash Suites. It's a real class act... just what the Bemus Point area needed. Debbie & Pat M.

Hi There! Our names are Shawn & Susan, and our family has lived in Bemus Point, NY, full-time for the last 6 years. Before that, we lived in Tampa, FL, and just summered here for 15 years. Bemus is to us as it is for many: Tradition and great memories.

We have always loved to vacation and can appreciate nice accommodations, excellent service, good food, and unique places, so we are now sharing our best experiences with you.

Bemus Point is located in Chautauqua County, and this area has many things to do, whatever season you choose to visit. When you do, we look forward to meeting you! Also, we will do our best to make your stay comfortable and help you enjoy this beautiful area to the fullest! Feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions regarding our listings.

Our suite is located on the 2nd floor and features full kitchens equipped with high-end Whirlpool appliances, Purified RO Water for icemaker and faucet, a full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher.

The suite features two flat-screen TVs, one in the bedroom and one in the living room, central air conditioning and heating for your comfort, and private entrances with keyless. One dedicated parking space per unit is included.

Our suite offers a view that overlooks the lake and the local attractions.
So whether you're here for a winter adventure or a summer getaway, our property is the perfect year-round rental in the centre of the Chautauqua area.

Bemus Point is a beautiful village on the shore of Lake Chautauqua, across the lake from the world-famous Chautauqua Institution. This wonderful walkable village has many things to do. Sit by the lakefront in public spaces throughout the village, enjoy the warm summer breezes, and ride the Bemus Point-Stow Ferry, a century-old conveyance. Shop at one or all of our unique stores. Play a round of golf. Have a drink outside the historic Hotel Lenhart or by the lake, where you can drink and dine at any number of restaurants, including the newest addition, "Splash," a wine, cocktail, and small plate experience.
