Don’t rely on the picture of the property nor the location. Host is advertising an apartment in a location and sends you to another location. Once we arrived at the advertised property address, I contacted the host to get me more info as he did not send any check-in instructions yet. He then sent me a new address 12-15 min away. We did not deny this at first due to the holiday. As soon as we were directed to the new apartment location it took us forever to figure out how to access the building and the garage. Apartment is located in second floor and host said that we must park in the 6th floor of the garage, which makes absolutely no sense even though we have the handicapped parking privilege, he said we’re not allowed to park in the handicapped parking spot at any floor except the 6th.It took us about 8 minutes from the garage door to the parking spot. Then another 5 minutes to reach the apartment. With kids and elderly it was no way we could stay at this place. We left immediately.
