We absolutely loved this property! There were so many little things that showed how much thought was put into making our stay memorable. The only thing that would improve it would be having the A/C in the bedrooms instead of the living room.

Beautiful property. Well kept house with private pool and view of the Pacific Ocean. The walk to the beach is about 10 minutes.My only feedback is that the checkout todo list is too long. My wife ended up doing towels all morning instead of us being free to do a morning activity. Very expensive stay to include such a long list.

House was beautiful and pool was nice to sit in if we didn’t want to walk to the beach. The beach is about a 10 minute walk with it being mostly uphill on the way back. The host provides a wagon so that was helpful.For those worried about not having a/c throughout it really wasn’t an issue. We are all from Houston where a/c is everything so we’re worried it would be too hot but never even noticed it other than for about an hour in the late afternoon. We needed blanket at night in the bedrooms so cooled down by then.

Lovely home. Nice location. Would stay again. We had a few minor issues of things not in proper working order. Not a huge deal, but for something that costs that much a night, we expected everything to be functioning. If I had to make a suggestion, the air conditioner is not a strong enough unit to keep the bedrooms cool. There are two oscillating fans, but didn't push enough of the cool air to the bedrooms. We had a family of 9. It was nice to have all the beds the same so there was no fighting over spots. Overall, we had a great vacation.
