Property was clean & safe. However, I did not receive code to door until check in time at 4pm, and this was difficult to navigate w/two young children and a drive time of about 2 hrs, if they just gave the code a few hrs in advance or a day or two out (like most VRBO's) that would have helped check in time and unloading etc.....

Hi Robyn, thank you for the feedback, we let guests know in the signed rental agreement that we send the door code at the time of check in. This is to avoid guests checking in prior to the home being ready- cleaned etc. We hope you had a great vacation!
