There are beautiful plantings to enjoy and spacious lawns and orchard. Take a sunbath on a chaise lounge while the family plays cornhole or ladder ball in the yard. The garage has ping pong and foosball and darts. Enter the house to a large kichen, dining area with a great screened porch offering more dining space.The kitchen has a keurig and regular coffee maker, blender, toaster, and all dishes and eating/cooking utensils needed. The lawn outside has a fire pit with ample wood for a fun evening around the fire! Back inside, there’s a large living room with fireplace operated with remote gas flame, and a game table with a phone booth full of games. There is a large t.v..and closet. The full bath offers a cool soaking tub with dual sinks and toilet hidden behind a half wall of stained glass privacy . The lower master is next, with a queen bed, large tv and attached laundry room. Ample dressers are provided. Up the stairs , there is a gorgeous master with big sleigh bed, dresser, 2 closets, private balcony and bathroom with shower. The light fixtures are cool crystal and steampunk. Next bedroom is 2 queen beds with dresser and closet. All bedrooms have tv provided. There is a den area with a pullout couch and tv. The kids room has 2 Adirondack style bunkbeds with twins up and full size down. There is another fullsize bath on this level with shower. Ample towels and linen provided. Back outside, a quick jaunt down the footpath or thru the woods on the golf cart brings you to the dock which holds up to a 26’ boat and a small private beach. There are canoes,kayaks and a paddle boat for use, and the pagoda houses the life jackets and paddles, along with another grill and picnic table.
